Abcka811: Buhari is not God. A leader who just punch on any persons who critize his government is simply showing his high degree of incompetence. Our prayers will be answered. When Buhari just decides to go against all those who talk of the failures of this government, as it is now, will definitely be jailed without having the oppourtunity of making any defensive statement. There were government before Buhari came. If these other governments have gone this way of sending every opposition to jail, This bed bug brain Buhari will never have any country to govern. Nigerians should asked Buhari to go for another brain tests since his dead eyes were treated. Buhari is simply the real devil of our time. When GEJ was watched blue black by El Rufia and many others, he did not gum them to Dasuki arm deal. Tufiakwa. I am not a citizen of this present Nigeria. Should the govt leave looters because of what ur likes will say. Deji Adeyanju, Dayo Adeyeye, ben bruce and many others are good critics of this govt and I ve not heard that the efcc is after them. If FFK don eat our yam, he must vomit it... |

Aisha like every other woman in Nigeria deserve an apology from the president. This is not 18th century just in case the President has forgotten. Like Donald Trump like Buhari.

kcnwaigbo: The supreme court judges through the NJC has stated that only the NJC can discipline judges, better tell Buhari that his attempt to control the judiciary under the guise of fighting corruption has failed NJC can discipline judges on offences that bother on the manner of their judgement delievering. This is a financial crime and as much external agencies can be brought in.. |

EternalTruths: That's a welcome development.
Even the power to appoint Chief Justice of the Federation by the President is not right because it betrays the concept of separation of power and makes the Judiciary a puppet of the Executive arm. The president heads over every arms of govt. |

Even Buhari can't say a word in any gathering without the mention of Biafra. Who is fooling who? Keep living in denial. Ur dilector is in kuje. That alone has silenced biafra. Mentioning biafra doesn't mean it hold water. Instead of holding protest outside Nigeria, biafra should protest in Nigeria and see how their body will be used to appease the god. They can only cry on social media and on their propaganda radio. Infact biafra is a scam scripted by ojukwu (aka oju iku) |

july66: I like the war against corruption but just don't understand how this government is going about it. They appear to be fighting corruption in a corrupt manner. In a meeting yesterday among top government officials including the president, the CJN, director of DSS the CJN was said to have accused the director of DSS of coming to him alongside the minister of transport, Rotimi Amaechi to request the CJN to interfare on some cases on the ground the president was interest in those cases. Folks, is there a worse corruption than this? Using the name of Mr president to pervert the course of justice. How can you get justice when corrupt people are the ones fighting corruption? Lol.. If u believe that cork and bull story then u can believe anything. Where does the president have such time to sit and discuss such Nonsense. Thats Wike at work.. |
Politics › Re: Two More Judges Arrested As DSS Freezes Accounts by Oblang(m): 10:58am On Oct 13, 2016 |
kcnwaigbo: It is the responsibility of he who alleges to prove. The DSS must be able to prove the monies were proceeds of a particular corrupt activity. You don't take someone's money and ask him to prove he didn't get it through corruption, the law doesn't work that way.I am however sure the judges would be ready ti explain alternative sources of their income but the law expects the DSS to prove that the monies were sourced from corruption and not the other way round That's why they will be charged to court.. There are evidence against them already. |

kcnwaigbo: What is a crime in having huge lodgement? From what is been peddled about the DSS has nothing concrete on this judges. It is not a crime for someone to have huge lodgements or for them not to have touched their salaries for a very long time.
I am sure most of these Judges have other investments like so many other Nigerians.Who relies on just one source of income in this country? Are u on their (the judges) payroll? |
