And before such exercises are being carried out, there will be public announcement across areas where the drill normally takes place for people to be aware and know how to move within the areas.

Ecowas will not fight any war with Niger. Niger can't even function without Ecowas. Ordinary sea import, electricity, banks etc, they cannot run on their own as a nation. Anyone expecting anyone to go to war with a country in abject poverty like Niger does not mean well for Niger.
