bitter truth....I will rather vote hausa than igbo or someone from the south south
What is your prejudice against voting igbos and please do not mention IPOB , because Buhari supported Boko Haram with the famous statement an attack on BH is an attack on the north. So please bring very cogent reasons. Nigeria has had a fair share of SW and Northern leaders has Nigeria been better, you are presently suffering it is not like you buy fuel at 20naira per liter because you are not Igbo or South south. Oga try and have sense please.

Now I just noticed what is going on there. It's all about Hausa, Fulani against the Arab!
Oga forget that nonsense this fellow is talking it is not about that. These guys want to spin another propaganda to give justification as to why Nigeria should enter. If truly ti was about Hausa against Arabs. Fulani too are on 9% of Niger's population and they are a minority as well. If truly ti was a tribal issue how come everyone in Niger is supporting the coup outrightly? This is not Nigeria where people can spin endSars through tribal lens.

Throwback:
Impose the sanctions fully and Niger will be crippled.

The illegitimate military dictatorship in Niger must be brought to its knees.

The President from the minority Arab tribe must be allowed to finish his 1st term and then "sacked" from office by denial of a 2nd term in a democratic election.

That is the constitution of Niger Republic.

Nigeria must stand its ground that no illegitimate or military rule will be further entertained in any West African state.

The majority Hausa that are rejoicing and their cousins in Nigeria who are also supporting, would not have done so if it was a minority Arab military leader that toppled the democratic regime of any of the past Hausa Presidents of Niger.

For the 1st time, the minority Niger Arab who are better known for street begging with their children in Nigerian cities, have managed to build a political coalition that allowed them get to national power, then suddenly the Hausa/Fulani/Djerma gang up to quickly push them out of power with the illegitimate military coup that we all know would later handover power back to a civilian government that is certainly going to be Hausa.

Is it that they cannot stomach being out of power for just 5yrs that a presidential term allows?

Or the Niger people only started suffering now that an Arab is in power for barely 2yrs, but did not suffer for the previous 20yrs of Hausa and Fulani rule?
Obviously you are high on dried cow dung.

So you know the military can come in and nothing will happen; yet, you are saying rubbish. I smile at these Igbos saying the military should take over...instead, they should be the ones to stone the president if he fails to act fast. Lol. Illiteracy is bad sha.

The most appropriate thing is that no matter how worse or disgusting civilians are, soldiers must stay in their barracks. They have only one responsibility which is to defend their nations. They aren't even supposed to interfere in the internal law and order of the nation, that's the job of the police. And it is in their law that the result is death. Therefore, we need to move now and kill them all.

Learn to know what is right and what is wrong. So, do me a favor, and stop saying rubbish again. You are a kid because if you are not, and you understand the way Buhari, Babangida, and Abacha destroyed Nigeria, you will not type this rubbish you are typing.

Listen carefully, senators are going to allow Tinubu to move, but they are still debating it. They only want him to use all diplomatic measures available first, and the fact that the majority of them are from the north, so they are careful. But in any case, the president always has his veto power to do contrary to the Senate when it comes to the defense of the nation.

The fastest way for Tinubu to lose power is to go to war in Niger. When the aftermath stares us in the face he will be toppled and nothing will happen.

We can afford it economically because rather than wait for them to come in, we better borrow millions to crush them now. Also better to borrow and move inside Niger and Chad now and clear off Boko Haram forever.

Please, read my posts in other threads. You may not agree with everything, but you will see reasons to look at my view.

Do I want war? Nope. I do not want war like you but this monster called corruption that we cannot defeat is caused by Babangida. If you don't know, ask your parents. And if we had fought a war to kick Buhari out when he overthrew Shagari, Babangida would not have happened, not to talk about the evil Abacha.

If we need to suspend all road rehabilitation to use this opportunity to quickly enter Niger and go after the real Boko Haram source there, the dividends are huge. If we have a successful run there, we should enter Chad also in the name of restoring democracy. Our main goal is to run down all Boko Haram sources in Niger and Chad. Before we finish Cameroon and Ghana will send troops to assist ECOMOG and move to Mali, Burkina Faso, and the rest to remove all the military leaders. Let them leave Niger and Chad for only Nigeria because they share a border with us and Boko Haram comes in via these two countries. We can do it. Nigeria must take the lead, risk it all...and that is why we will keep being the giant of Africa.

See, the moment we enter Niger and remove these boys, the rest will obey ECOWAS' voice that "within six months, an election must take and no military boys must contest". Thats it.

You do not know the details of Crimea, so I won't even go there. I lived in Moscow for over a decade by the way. So, just like you do not understand the issue here, you do not understand what went down and is going on in Crimea.

Here is my comment about Russia and this issue. Let's say Russia is going to support this war, they can do so only by sending weapons. They do not have the manpower to come down here when there is a war in Ukraine. Also, Wagner boys cannot come down here. The worst they can do is to send down weapons. And if they start that, the UK US, and NATO will give Nigeria better weapons too.

Lastly, don't ever use statements like: "shut up, keep quiet, m...oron, etc" again when replying me. From your posts, I have deduced that you are my "junior junior". I won't reply you again cos you lack manners. And still, you don't know anything. I do not blame you cos this military you say we should not stop destroyed Nigeria and prevented you from learning what you should have learned. They messed you up big time. Just imagine the rubbish you are typing. No right-thinking person who went through a good educational system can ever think this way, not to be bold to post it on a public forum. Chai! Those military boys that did this to you must be stopped so that 18 years and below will not turn out to be like you. This is our goal.

Good luck!
Dude you just typed rubbish in an epistle walahi. Look understand this when you fight a war you must also look at the aftermath of the war.
Look Nigeria doesn't have the capacity to even battle Niger and at the same time battle BH and ISWAP. These guys actually come from Libya and Algeria and they have limitless supplies of state of the art weapons and training in those places. Niger is the main reason why the north has not been completely overrun by these guys.

If we tackle Niger and win, the consequences of the war will haunt us for decades to come. Because a weakened Nigerien army will mean a compromised force which will give free reign to these ISWAP and BH insurgents to come in. Mind you the real target for these insurgents is to capture Nigeria with their resources.

What are the things Nigeria stand to lose? Kindly state them.
Nigeria shares a 1,608km border with Niger, also Niger has been the stop gap between BH and ISWAP and extremists from Libya and Algeria overrunning the north. In the Multi National joint task force, Niger and Chad have been the most effective in tackling insurgents and ISWAP extremists. If you go to war with them you have invariably given these extremists the leeway to go through our borders into Nigeria and you and I know that the 1,608km border is largely porous. Even if we win Niger and chase the coupists just know that the effect of the war is a weakened Nigerien army that would be ineffective in holding down these extremists. We should look at the aftermath of the war it is not just winning the war, but at what cost, that is the question we need to answer.
If we dare try it, just know that dem go follow us reach house. Another thing we need to fear is the loyalties of our soldiers especially the northern soldiers, most of them have relatives and historical relationships with Niger, the likelihood of sabotage is going to be high.

The reason is the Uranium interests they have and they are ready to protect it, but they need a West African lackey who can do the dirty job for them, so that they don't get blamed like what happened in Libya. The military boys that ruled Nigeria are the reason our educational system is poor...cos with the whole explanation, and you still wrote this....mehn! The military must not come back. We are saving our youths from calamity like this. You are a perfect example that justifies that military must stay in their barracks till eternity.

Jesus wept!!!

Do you mean from my whole explanation, this can still come out? Mehn! E no go better for any military that wants to come to rule Naija again. Our youths must be saved from this mess.

Again, I will summarize everything. There are many hideouts, and you cannot get rid of Boko Haram easily. Niger has around 10,000 army capacity that cannot do anything and it is why Niger and Chad are used to import to Nigeria.

The only way is to go after the source of supply, and we cannot do that because Niger and Chad are two sovereign nations. Now, this war is the opportunity we must not miss to penetrate the two nations and go after the sources.

When you kill the sources, there is no need to spend too much money on patrolling those hides outs again. We will only deploy technology to police some places, but if we enter these two nations now, we will get rid of Boko Haram sources once and for all because we will be going after the sources. When there arent sources again, there is no need to guide and guards those open places. It is like Trunp trying to build a wall...can we do that? No way.

I pray you understand this. If you don't, I give up. Bola Tinubu must go after those generals.
Dude if these civilians continue in the current trajectory of this their rubbish, the military will enter and there's nothing you will do. Nothing will happen.

You do not know anything about military tactics and strategy. Only one statement is what I will push here that will turn over all the assumptions you have written above. Here is it: We move to Niger and Chad and go after the source. Simple.

Listen, you don't win a war on the battleground...you win it outside. We cannot involve ourselves in the affairs of Chad and Niger as of now, but we can if we use this war as an excuse. What is our goal...to stop where weapons are dropped. Niger and Chad are where Boko Haram Haram members get their weapons. We move in and interfere and stop it permanently.

All your talk about their army chasing some bla bla bla is "trash". Niger has 10,000 army capacity...what can such do to Boko Haram? Maybe cos of one incidence, you dey talk. Do you know the number of weapons entering Nigeria via Niger? What can 10,000 soldiers do in a nation bigger than Nigeria? Yes, Niger is bigger than Nigeria.

We can't win Boko Haram fighting them cos so many hideouts and routes to Nigeria. This is the opportunity to move into Niger and Chad and destroy the Boko Haram network there. The Wagner group will have no base again. That it.

As soon as we crush these, the rest are child's play. We crush them all.

And if it turns to Russia Vs Ukraine...so be it. It is far better than to allow these people to enter. Believe me...if we don't act now, Boko Haram will spread. We are fighting the real Boko Haram people by going to this war... and this is what you guys don't understand. It is a good opportunity for us.

If we slack...forget it. Nigeria is gone. The extreme Islamists will take over. Go check out...most of these military coup plotters are extremists. The same will happen here...and they will Islamatize Nigeria. This is what you guys are not seeing.

Bola Tinubu is not a Christian so, it is good for us. I think this is a perfect plan and the hand of God. Let a Muslim move this forward...if it was Peter Obi, he wouldn't go cos he would be careful because he is a Christian. And believe me...if Naija doesn't make a move now, we are dead in the hands of the Muslim extremists.

Your theory that Boko Haram will flourish because Niger will back off is false. Why? They aren't even checking 0.0000001% of the activities of terrorists. Why? Their army capacity is extremely low. They do not have the military capacity. And we cannot go inside cos it is a sovereign nation. Now, we can go in.

Listen...Niger is bigger than Nigeria...like 30% bigger, but its population is just 20 million people. Lagos's population is even more than this. So, the hideouts there are massive.

So, I support President Bola Tinubu to move now and kick out the military in Niger. After, he needs to kove to Chad. Set our boys there. And then, Cameroon and the rest will join us... and we remove those military guys in Mali, Burkina Faso...and the rest. But Naija must go after Niger now...and then Chad.
Guy you just typed beautiful nonsense which shows you are fantastically ignorant. On one hand you admitted so many hideout and sport to enter Nigeria from the border and on the other hand you said it is unlikely if Niger decides not to cooperate that BH will overrun the country. See your contradictory statements.

Yes, the war can enter some Nigerian states, but it is better to have a military takeover. May God never allow bad things. Bola Tinjbu must go fight this war, and he needs to not delay.

After, we must not leave Niger, but make sure we keep our boys there to check Boko Haram. This excuse is why we will stay there for like 10 years to stop Boko Haram finally. Then, we move to Chad and do the same. This way, we will kill Boko Haram forever.
Seriously what didbyou smoke when you typed this? Or is it too much tour of duty games you play on PS4? Dude the reason why we have not been overrun by BH and ISWAP is because of Niger. They have been the stop gap preventing the extremists and insurgents from moving south deep into Nigeria. Hope you know there is a multi National task force handling BH of which Chad and Niger are part of. During the offensive against BH these guys chased a detachment of BH insurgents deep into Borno state to finish them off. Now imagine now we want to send soldiers into Niger, know that these same guys would give free pass to BH and Bandits and know this Lagos and Abuja are their prime targets, and be rest assured we would be fighting a difficult war of attrition in our soil. Make we dey wise, even if we win against Niger, the cost of that victory will haunt us for the next 20 or 30 years, because we will see more extremists activities on our northern borders very well.
