I only pity people of Katsina, Zamfara, Sokoto and co that shares border with Niger
You know the funny irony, our borders in the North are porous. If there is to be an attack it may not come through these states. Do you know where it will likely come, through Kebbi at the point where River Niger enters Nigeria from Benin republic. Most of you do not know that Benin shares boundary with Mali and Niger, and these guys would come together to attack us, mind you the other West African Nations are not economically okay to even join in the war with Nigeria, so na Nigeria go buy market.

Enough this.

Gambia would have been worst today without ECOWAS military intervention
was Russia backing Gambia? why haven't ECOWAS sorted out Mali, Burkina Faso and Guinea. Even the art of war cautions against hasty movement to war without understanding the terrain of warfare you are up against. Niger, Mali and Chad are countries with battle hardened soldiers in fact the best in desert warfare in West Africa.
Now Russia is in the mix with the tactical support of Wagner and the Russian army, who are also masters in asymmetric warfare. This is no brainer. The West that are propping Tinubu are looking for someone who will take the fall when things go south and they would be blameless. They have learnt from the mistake of Libya in showing face that is why they are using a willing West Africa. That is where Tinubu comes in and his previous drug trial case plays into their hands. That explains why FBI cited unusual circumstances in releasing his case files, saying it would be in 2026. This is their insurance in case Tinubu bleeps up and doesn't stick to his side of the bargain as it relates to Niger situation and any other case that shows up in West Africa in the near future(Sierra Leone is already brewing).
Tinubu in his quest for power played himself into the hands of the West. It will be tough for him now. Buhari was wiser in the issue of Burkina Faso and Mali. Even Guinea that he sent troops they dodged any form of confrontation.

Ayam just kidding you ni grin

On a serious not, you need money to run a country, state or even a home. One of the ways government generate money to run the state is through taxation.

Nigerian government no dey tax us sef, go to Europe and see the true definition of taxation
In Europe you are seeing value for the taxation even if you don't like the taxation at least the value is seen. Here in Nigeria especially in Lagos, you are taxed, only to fund the lifestyle of these politicians.

Does that coup gives you hope? For those of you born in 2000's, military government is the worst you can ever see especially in Africa. After taking power illegally just like in Niger, they would give exciting reasons why they had to do so to save the country but in a year or two, you will soon realized they are just armed robbers in power busy looting the country to bome without anyone having mouth to condemn them. Just wait until Niger people started doing Japa rush enter Nigeria in a year or two
The one politicians are doing here is it not worse than armed robbery?

The nation can no longer afford the subsidies.

What enlightened ignoramuses like Femi Falana fail to understand is that there's no free lunch out there. Subsidized fuel is holding the economy down and impoverishing the masses. They pay for the cheap fuel through other means.

Oshiomole was once like Falana, fighting against the "evil government" for increasing fuel price until he became governor and realized it cost a lot of money to provide these subsidies.
Walahi if I were your doctor I would recommend you for rehab to wean you off whatever you are smoking based on the rubbish you typed. In the first place even in developed nations in the western hemisphere like UK, US, Germany and the likes, they all have one form of subsidy or the other, maybe to ensure food security, energy security or social security. You claim subsidised fuel is holding the economy down and impoverishment the masses, please now that subsidy is removed has the economy grown and are the masses now enjoying? Has their suffering lessened now?

It is because the state with the so called big IGR you mentioned are not used to suffering hence the protests while the states with small IGR you mentioned are already used to suffering.
That is a big lie. Those big states especially Lagos over tax people especially with multiple taxation. Come and see the army of jobless young men in the streets of Lagos then you would understand.

Subsidy is gone for good and will NEVER come back.

Measures that'll cushion the effect is already on the way.

This scanty protest isn't a necessity.
What freaking measures? You guys the delusions you guys have is so annoying. Nigerians are suffering rhe FG is broke forget all the lies. For how long can the palliatives last? Dangote Refinery will not be ready until 2025 that date is even unlikely, so till then we will still import and Tinubu's government is still not sincere about modular Refinery operations or even revamping the moribund refineries. So right now we are in for a rough ride.

Era of press release from small yansh in west Africa cheesy They will be alright very soon. If they have madness then they are lucky it's their time to receive healing. Before it was the small anglophone countries having problems and after long drawn years of war and Nigeria's hammer on them, they are alright today. It's the time for the small francophone countries to receive their own healing
You keep tallking off point. Bro Nigerian Army during Abacha and Babangida's era was strong and they resisted any form of interference from outsiders. But you see Nigerian army of now they are nothing at the moment. If they make that mistake of military intervention in Niger that is heavily backed by wagner troops along with the support of Mali, Burkina Faso. if you must know Benin republic shares boundary with Mali and Burkina Faso and our North West border is so porous. To move Militia across the River Niger from Benin republic into Kebbi State and we would have tripple fronts to fight a war.

If you are really smart, you will see that other anglophone countries are quiet on this issue, because of the implications on their countries. Ghana will not dare use military because they share common boundary with Burkina Faso.

This is how it was those days all tertiary institution have buses belong to student body but at a point all disappeared.

I had said it severally I'm not apc member but I stand 100% with Tinubu he is the only one among all the "rest thieves and liar" that has something better in his brain to deliver.

One among them was a governor in SE who said education is not for the poor during his term as governor and that same governor was the first governor in his region that sacked people from same region in civil servant who are not from his state and only employ people from his state. That same man see nothing wrong in sit-at-home, ipob, ugm, esn, ekpa all he cares about is how to win in tribunal. That same hide James Nwofor the notorious Sars chief till today.

Tinubu ride on you will fare better than that bitch called Buhari.
The worst form of punishment as stated in the bible as one of the things God hates is a lying tongue. Mbadinuju was the one who said Education was not for the poor and sacked people from other states in the civil service and it was not all of them. Now you decided to twist everything to rope PO. see God will strike you down if you continue in this path.
