Nothing wrong in doing so. Your neighbour has no right to make you uncomfortable over his religious practice. Christ was not known to behave in like manners. Boisterous prayer sessions, if at all there is justification for such, should take place in isolated places like the wilderness or thick forests. Not around residential areas.
