Ganduje was so subdued and kept in uncertain condition about his fate until they eventually gave him chairmanship of APC and he has remained so grateful and loyal . These men I mentioned are the most influential politicians in the North, yet they've all been neutralized!

Even Obasanjo, a former military general couldn't make a Southerner FCT minister but Tinubu did it without thinking twice. Not only that, he used someone who is "crazy". Obasanjo has seen it all and understands that every part of Nigeria should be given a sense of belonging. He refused to oppress North, refused to oppress Igbos, and neither did he oppress Yorubas or others but his people hated him. Their anger was that he didn't do tribalism and hate Igbos and neither did he try to subdue North. Today, Tinubu is doing all that and they love him!!!

Tinubu has come to elevate just himself, family and tribe at the expense of other Nigerians. The most worrisome part of it is that, he is not even hiding it. Check his appointments, he removed the CBN governor and replaced with his kinsman. He removed Customs comptroller general and replaced with a Yoruba man. He has done is doing so in other strategic sectors of the economy.

This man wants his people to see him as the new Awolowo. The man that eventually elevated them to be in command and control of Nigeria. Sadly, he is already achieving his ambitions with so much ease. Some Northern leaders are gradually realizing their mistake but they're too bamboozled and confused to put up any resistance.

Once Tinubu scales through PEPT, he is going to rule for 8 years but by the time he is done, the North will be reduced to nothing.

You want the North to protest the outcome of the tribunal, to incite them to hate Yoruba and President Tinubu. Isn't it amazing that you just developed care for the Northerners you love to hate. Sorry to burst your bubble, the Northerners are not hypocrite.

You might have forgot, lemme remind you. Northerners gave President Tinubu a bulk of their votes at the poll culminating in making him our president.

Firstly, Gowon released Awolowo in August 4, 1966. That is almost a year before the Biafra war started.

Lieut Col. Gowon was the head of state of Nigeria at that time and he superintended over all the lands and seas of Nigeria in 1966 including the eastern region.

If you had a normal IQ, you would have known that Awolowo was a federal prisoner. Had it been Ojukwu released him from prison, he would have been picked up by the federal troops the moment he set his foot in Lagos. To give you an example, If Ikpeazu releases Nnamdi Kanu from prison in Abia, won’t the FG police and DSS arrest Kanu the moment he sets his foot in Abuja?

Also, Biafra war started in July 1967, that is only the time when Ojukwu has maximum control of the defunct eastern region. If Awo was released during this time, then we would have said Ojukwu masterminded his release.

Just like at Independence, Awolowo offered a joint government between the AG and NCNC, with Azikiwe as Prime Minister and Awo as Finance Minister. Awolowo and Azikiwe "were still negotiating" when it was announced that Azikiwe would be President in a coalition with NPC of the North. The East then collaborated in destroying the West and sending Awolowo and his lieutenants to jail! The fact is there.

What of the 1965 elections which the West (Yoruba) and the East (Igbo) agreed to boycott? They met all night and reached agreement at about 3am on the day of the election. In the morning, while the Yoruba (West) boycotted the election, the Igbo (East) went ahead to vote.

Also after the 1979 elections, Yoruba (UPN) and Igbo (APP) leaders were still at the negotiating table for a coalition when to their surprise, an announcement was heard that the Igbo (APP) had agreed to a coalition with the North (NPN).

Then after the 1983 elections, 1979 repeated itself. Not giving up, Awolowo reached out to Azikiwe again for cooperation. Talks started and they met in Benin where Awolowo pleaded passionately that only a collaboration between the Igbo and the Yoruba could save Nigeria. They didn't reach agreement but promised to meet again. Before the next meeting, the Igbo had again teamed up with the North.

If this was your motive for creating the thread, you just personally ruined your thread. You have inadvertently showed the world that Yoruba are good people. The Oga (a Yoruba man) was the first to show love to his subordinate (an Igbo man) as always the case. The subordinate is just one out of few Igbos who shows gratitude, but majority of them are ingrates.

BTW, credit should be given to the person who first initiated the goodness. If he had been unfair to that Major General when he was his boss, this scenario wouldn't have happened. Also, kudos to the subordinate for showing gratitude. May God bless both of them.

Before the election, Igbos preferred Atiku Abubakar (a Fulani man) to be elected president than Bola Tinubu (a Yoruba man) if Peter Obi (an Igbo man) failed to be elected. Meanwhile the outgoing president is also from the Fulani tribe as Atiku. Igbo wanted Fulani to continue ruling as president because they hate Yoruba and that's why Igbo did not preferred Tinubu to be president if Peter Obi failed.

And after Tinubu has been duly elected as the President, Igbo want the military to take over the government. The evidences are there. Arthur Nzeribe's (an Igbo man) plot in the 1993 presidential election towards the annulment of Abiola's (a Yoruba man) victory as the elected president then, is there for all to see.

In this 2023 Presidential election, Tinubu and Atiku got about 50% of the total votes cast in their respective regions, while Obi got over 90% of the total votes cast in his own region.
