The headline is out of it. It should've been "NIGERIANS IN NIGER PROTEST" not the other way. You're trying to tribalize the protest.

nairavsdollars: Chiamaka Nnadozie is my player of the tournament. Even the English players couldn't help but console her I feel same here 💯. She is a better captain than Maguire. Also credits to Halimatu Ayinde, Ashleigh Plumptre, Oyedupe Payne, Christy Ucheibe, Osinachi Ohale, Demehin, and Ajibade. 💯 |

Gamesmart: The point was your point was pointless.
FACTS: 1. How she reacts after the end of the match has no bearing on ANYTHING! Ok 2. She owes you or anybody NOTHING about how she reacts or responds to the loss or her disappointments. 3. She has done her job for the day and she was brilliant. Ok Your point was utterly pointless. Manage your emotions. But you see the second one, she owes her teammates, not you or me. I guess managing your emotions entails insulting others? Thanks for the advice, but you need it more than I do. In fact, if you need help with that, I was trained to do that. |

Gamesmart: You now see say your statement was senseless? You could've made your point without insult. It shows you're mature. My post you first quoted, if you've been patient to read it slowly you would've seen that I wrote that I didn't imply for her to cry. What that means was that she should've kept a straight face at least. But I guess she was excited to get in touch with her former colleagues. I And I commended her superb display almost getting a goal for us if not because of the crossbar. My comment was borne out of seeing Nnadozie crying and others unhappy. |

Gamesmart: Because if she was crying or moody it will help your life progress? Or put the Falcons in the QF? Because if she had cried you wouldn't have been in this mess, and probably, you would've gone far in life? You better beg her to cry cos your life depends on it. |

Donpaulo2: Ashley is my woman of the tournament in Nigeria team❤️❤️ I detst what she did after the match, smiling with a couple of English players. I don't imply her to cry. She almost got a goal for us and was excellent today. I know they were probably friends sometime ago but she shouldn't have done that. That's absolutely distasteful. |

Seunfretty: ...Can we stop all this "they tried" this a team where most players have been together in years...how do we commend a team that played almost 50minutes without a goal..never had just 2 shots on target...and u people sound as if this ladies play in Nigeria most of them play in top teams in Europe...today england was the better side..even with a red card they were still slicing through us and playing...we kept playing long balls even wen we could just out the ball in the ground and create chances .. they should just go back and work...enough of the " they tried shit"...tht language wins u nothing in soccer Lessons learnt. Ok, enough of "they tried shut". Let's be objective, an elephant is beyond saying I just slightly saw something, if you see an elephant say it as it is. Do you agree our performance today was exceptional not minding that we didn't have enough preparation and friendly matches amid row of players boycotting the tournament due to unpaid bonuses? The gap between Super Falcons and those team is now infinitesimal. We have really caught up with them and even more. I believe with more friendly matches against top teams, the Super Falcons will be a force to be reckoned with. We were better defensively and in midfield. It remains the finishing touches. We just need to work on our corner kicks, because it's our players getting the first touch on the ball during that, a little drill on headings will do. Shooting practice too. Our goalkeeper was brilliant and fantastic. But it's a shame our forwards fluffed their lines and couldn't reward Nnadozie with a goal against England. |

Don't mind the tribalists. They are talking as if it's easy. If it's as easy as they are talking, why are the tribalists not in the team? I'm cocksure they can't play 15minutes let alone going 90minutes. |

NFF should create more friendly matches between our Super Falcons and top European countries. I believe the gap between us has really closed and we are evenly matched, stronger and better. This will take us to the next level. |

Godwin4444: A tale of two tribes in Nigeria
Tribe A ….they believe in emotions over logic n pride themselves as brave, they mostly act before they think of the consequences just to feed their egos n they always have d mindset that the sword is mightier than the pen, they are boastful and arrogant….they pride themselves as the BRAVE tribe
Tribe B….. they believe in logic over emotions and are very calculative in their doings, they think before they act n weigh d consequences of their actions before embarking on it, they have d mindset that the pen is mightier than the sword, they are submissive n reasonable… a quality tribe A see as cowardice n always take delight in calling them coward
One day thieves invaded their houses, tribe A in his usual behavior decided to set fire in his own house so as to chase the thieves away without thinking of the aftermath when the thieves are gone
Tribe B decided to build fence around his house so as not to destroy his property n to chase d thieves away with little damage
Tribe A in their usual manner mocked tribe B n called them a coward for wasting money on fence instead of setting d house on fire
After the thieves have left Tribe B is enjoying his home n Tribe A is battling with the raging fire to the extent that Tribe A ( the warrior) is now seeking refuge in tribe B ( cowards) house

Babaken: Exactly what happen between ojukwu and Gowon at abori
After seating down in round table to discuss the way forward a night to you start hearing different thing then the rest of the people will call you the bad egg. Exactly. Just like at Independence, Awolowo offered a joint government between the AG and NCNC, with Azikiwe as Prime Minister and Awo as Finance Minister. Awolowo and Azikiwe "were still negotiating" when it was announced that Azikiwe would be President in a coalition with NPC of the North. The East then collaborated in destroying the West and sending Awolowo and his lieutenants to jail! What of the 1965 elections which the West and the East agreed to boycott? They met all night and reached agreement at about 3am on the day of the election. In the morning, while the Yoruba (West) boycotted the election, the Igbo (East) went ahead to vote. Also after the 1979 elections, Yoruba (UPN) and Igbo (APP) leaders were still at the negotiating table for a coalition when to their surprise, an announcement was heard that the Igbo (APP) had agreed to a coalition with the North (NPN). Then after the 1983 elections, 1979 repeated itself. Not giving up, Awolowo reached out to Azikiwe again for cooperation. Talks started and they met in Benin where Awolowo pleaded passionately that only a collaboration between the Igbo and the Yoruba could save Nigeria. They didn't reach agreement but promised to meet again. Before the next meeting, the Igbo had again teamed up with the North. |
