Mcleo007: Dad is a former governor of the nation's foremost state (served 2 terms = 8yrs) and a leading politician; Mum is a serving Senator of the republic. Child schooled in far away United States. And yet, you tell me this god damned country will ever be good! I must be cursed to be believe in a future Nigeria. Our education is wallowing in continous rot and filth, yet this polithiefcians are staking claim to our collective intelligence. Shame on every Nigerian. All we ever do is pray and hope. How a few people can hold an entire country into captivity still beats my wonder. undecided embarassed

Nairaland General › The Scammer Called "ETISALAT" by Occurstaem(op): 4:39pm On May 13, 2013
Hi fellow nairalanders.I had a terrible experience with the so called telecommunication service provider 'etisalat'.
I loaded a recharge card of #200 at 11:03am,then i checked my balance and i saw that a sum of #50 has been deducted from my account then followed by an SMS saying that i have been charged for the monthly ringback tune which i had unsubscribed as at August last year.
I called their customer care line and spoke with one of their customer care representative and i told her what happened. She told me that i subscribed for the service at 9:00am whereas i have removed my etisalat SIM from my phone since last Thursday.I just put it back inside my phone at around 10:45am.I told her all that but yet they did not refund my credit.
It is not that i can not let go of #50 but i wonder how many Nigerians would have experienced this kind of unfair treatment from this service provider and their counterparts. They are all SCAMMERS.Infact they should be probe by the EFCC for milking Nigerians. The FG too should also take firm actions on service providers and not word of a mouth.
Thanks.
That is why it is not advisable for viewers to reach a conclusion based on people's posts read on this forum. Most people comment on issues they have little or no idea of. I was amazed at the amounts of projects going on in that state and thought that had it been previous governors of that state did half of what their present governor is doing, that state shouldn't have been in the condition it is. I'm impressed with what I have seen in the state.
Ignoring comments and posts from ignorant members on this forum is essential, the only reason I'm posting is because of your reasonable post.
