God just delivered my daughter from the claw of
death!
She developed temperature and my mother took
her to the pry health care center closest to us.On
getting to the hospital the nurses observed that
she was already in coma and directed us to
another General hospital but my mum a woman
of faith collected my little girl from them and
screamed Jesus three times and she sneezed and
became conscious again!
There was wild jubilation in the hospital!
When I got there and I introduced myself as the
father of the girl, they told me that we should
keep serving the God that my mum called upon!
To Him alone be the glory!
Amen!

miraijj, to be honest, your post sounds very disjointed and makes you sound unstable.

What exactly happened. Were you married to this guy or what. It sounds like you need to work on yourself, stabilise yourself. Life is not about what friends say.

From his post he beat you up badly, I'm sorry to hear that as violence is never excusable. You are best out of the situation. But please try and learn from this whole saga, the real tragedy will be if we do not learn from things that happen to us. What do you think YOU could have done differently. We cannot control what others do but we can control how we behave.
Wow! Who are you and where do you come from?
I like your closing.
Are you married? No? Can I apply?
Family › Re: If This Was Your Husband What Would You Do? by Ochek: 1:25pm On Mar 14, 2015
Funny how some gals are up here ranting all about this case and wouldn't want to reason in a bit only cos he did beat her - say twice.
If this was the guys mum hating on the wife, this same gals would be the ones screaming mother in law are this and that. I have even heard some gals say they wish their husband to be mum (mother in law) is late. Can you beat that? I wonder if they would be happy to hear their own daughter in law make such a statement of them.
Miss Rose has been up predicting the end. Lemme assume the following ensured in the marriage. The wife and mother in law repeatedly reminded him how they dragged his sorry ass up to the states and that shit.
Look her lady, you want to see the best in your man? Treat him like a king and you will be glad you did.

Rose2014:
Maybe u need to follow rokiatu's comments
Once a woman beater is always a woman beater. The man has beaten her twice already.
So u want him to kill her before she runs.

Women are becoming wiser these days, u leave an abuser when he least expects so he doesn't suspect ur moves n kill u
When was the last time he did beat her? Mind you, the thread by the OP only gave us a Lil background about them however, the domestic violence was not related to the "why" she is away @mama's house.
Family › Re: If This Was Your Husband What Would You Do? by Ochek: 12:51pm On Mar 14, 2015
Rose2014:
So because another lady might move in, she should stay in an abusive marriage and get killed so u can happily type RIP ba? Ife emee!

Am sure u didn't read about the domestic abuse.smh
By their advise, u shall surely fish them out one by one cheesy cheesy
Hallo dear, you probably have got the whole gist wrong. The domestic violence goes way way far behind than this situation at hand. The current circumstance has nothing to do with assault of any kind (presently). The mega issue to be x-rayed is the togetherness of man and wife.
Mind you, no relationship comes 100% flawless. We grow in it and work out the differences. That ma dear makes our relationship a better one. Go ask couples who have stayed over 25years in marriage and I am sure you would learn more. the case of domestic violence mentioned was only a thing of the past and seems the couple in question must have grown past it by now.
My advice still stands. WOMAN! GO BACK TO THY HUSBAND. He still loves you as much as you do him.
Family › Re: If This Was Your Husband What Would You Do? by Ochek: 6:45am On Mar 14, 2015
All those answers above are so on point.
You have got to remember, that once a man and woman are married, they leave their parents are stick together - for better or worse. Right?
She has not got any case of infidelity or him not caring for his primary home (wife and kids). Yeah? Trust me, if your gal friend don't move in back with him ASAP, she should be ready to accept the bigger shocker.
I have seen this sh**t alot of times happen.
Like it or not, she owes him a 100% obligation to submissivenss. His is to love and so far, save the current issue with his mother in law you haven't furnished us with info otherwise.
So, Roki! If really care about your friend, take we all are saying. Ask her to return to her matrimonial home without delay.

While waiting to board a flight from Charlotte to
Atlanta sometime last year, I noticed a small
number of US Soldiers were also waiting to
board the same flight.I was immediately
fascinated by their youthfulness and nice
camouflage . They looked like boys and girls to me. I even suspected they were cadets. My first
surprise came when the flight was about to
board. The announcer made it clear that men and
women of the US army should step forward and
board first the plane first. This was gahead of
passengers on the first class compartment . When we had all boarded the flight, the pilot then
announced that the airline was happy and
privileged to be flying with men of the US army
and welcome them specially on board. When we
landed in Atlanta, the pilot announced again and
thanked the men of the US army for flying with United Airlines and this time everyone on the
plane went into a round of applause, clapping for
almost a minute. I had to join in clapping for the
US soldiers.
This is how much America values the
men and women, battling insurgents in other to
protect the home land.Today lets offer prayers and applaud the men and women battling
insurgents from Bayelsa to Nassarawa , from
Borno to Yobe, from Katsina to Kano. Staying
awake for us to sleep. taking the battle to the
enemies so we can live a normal life. These are
the real men with spheres. Not the cowards that attacks defenseless people and scurry away to
hide.

Health › Re: The Real Reason Nigerian Hospitals Ask For Police Report In Trauma Patients by Ochek: 7:12pm On Mar 11, 2015
bushdoc9919:
Not all of them...but some of them.

I once worked in a rural hospital(private)...where the doc in charge(my boss) removed a bullet from the thigh of a patient. Saved it for the police, who came in shortly after the op(My boss and the local police were on good terms).

Which is why we need to have an Emergency Medicine Residency Programme in this country....and why we need to train more trauma surgeons, and build more teaching-level hospitals. And it starts with increasing funding for health.

Again, more reason why funding for health has to be increased. And we probably need more public private facilities. Maybe on a Build-Operate-Transfer policy..

Not exactly. Sometimes the Police accompanies the patient, sometimes, they are just a call away. And sometimes....a police report is necessary.

Depends. Many Nigerian teaching hospitals can handle multiply injured patients well. Where the problem starts is how the patients get to the hospital(no effective ambulance and paramedic service which means that patients are transported in private vehicles...wrongly)..and whether the patients can afford care.Even at govt subsidized prices....many patients cannot afford care.

I work at an average Nigerian hospital....and have worked in rural medicine....and I have treated many more cases than just Malaria and appendicitis. I have treated botched abortions(not the most pleasant bit of my career), diabetics, hypertensives, respiratory illnesses, HIV AIDS illnesses, diarrhea, cholera, skin diseases....viral, fungal and bacterial, the odd case of chicken pox, and many other conditions. And even working at hospitals in the rural areas that were not ''standard''.

Yes....largely because....zero facilities. And as someone has said here earlier elsewhere...the way we train docs in this country needs to be reformed syllabus wise.
Definitely a matured response from a well trained Dr. Some local medical thugs would have rained abuses on the fellow for that.
Bless you bro! May God think through your brain and work through your hands.

Does a cow(female ) not stoop when urinating ?
I think a tap stands there covered by the bull.
The floor is soaked and can't come from just one cow.
You sure got a point however, female animals with tails would always stretch their tail away from their body whenever they want to poo or wee. Some female animals could be funny.. Standing straight when weeing. I once had a female dog that was used to doing it.
