Thank you I appreciate your response, we are still given it a thought about schooling same time coz is not easy, but the process IRCC delay SP application that why we want to shot 2 SP application maybe at least one go enter.

But I still have a question @Oct202020
Ok let’s say the two application got approved can one person withdraw? Hope the withdrawal not going to affect SOWP either me or my Spouse?

Thank you.

Since the two applications won't be running at the same time,a decision would have been made on one which I think should be the guide on your decision or next step.

But let's assume the two got approved, it's impossible to withdraw an already approved application, what can be done is not to respond to the passport request till it expires and I don't think that should come with any adverse effect while applying for SOWP.

But like I earlier mentioned,me I be learner, let's wait for the knowledgeables to shed more light on this.

E go end in praise.

Good evening guys, Please I still need more insight to this.

Ive started compiling the Docs needed for my student permit application. But my concern is my spouse is MAY intake 2022, and I will be in for fall 2022 Intake, though she will be applying before me

•Please will those VO find-out in the sense that will might likely submit same Documents like Family ties, Home ties & Assets, etc • • • concerning the POF too am a self sponsored and will be sponsoring her and we may might submit same MBS, but she will submit her own SOA with my MBS.
(Shey VO no go dey reason ham say person whey wan sponsor person wan apply for Student permit too).

You guys are definitely loaded to have given a thought to schooling at the same time; I would have suggested the conventional way.

Now to your concern, since her application would have scaled through before you'll put in yours, then I can't see any problem here. They are two separate applications and won't be linked since they're not running concurrently.

Just my thought though, let's wait for the guru's take on this.

hi house, just a quick one pls if your application is still in progress and your school has resume and your program of study has only
fall start, can you withdraw and reapply for program that has a winter start and inform IRCC?

The withdrawal and reapplying you're referring to, do you mean same DLI?

My take, why not defer your admission and wait till a final decision is made on your application; a positive one we pray for and you'll have more than enough time to prepare for resumption come falls.

Good morning everyone,

I would be grateful if anyone could assist with my query - I applied for a study permit in the middle of May but my application was made using the regular process and not the Nigerian Student Express. My account statement was submitted at the time of my application but I want to confirm if IRCC would at any stage still request for another bank account statement from me.

I want to withdraw my money from my account and purchase dollars to protect it against devaluation. I require this confirmation because I don't want a situation where IRCC will request my bank statement again and I will not have money in it anymore.

I look forward to receiving a response.

Yes IRCC can request for your statement again but this hardly happen, especially when the submitted statement is MBS.

Regarding money conversion,I don't have the right answer, but from my own point of view, it's not a bad idea, just make sure all tracks of the transactions are kept; where the money was, how it moved out for purchase, how it came back .

If an updated statement of account is later requested ,you can back up your steps with all the evidence of the transactions and a well detailed LOE.

Just my thought though.

Something doesn't add up. Which particular documents were fraudulent Cox if u agreed that u provided everything did they put ur legit documents aside and used forged documents? Or u paid the agent to arrange some documents for u and he manipulated some. U and the agent are hiding something but the deed has been done anyways.

In all fairness,if the agent's hand wasn't dirty,he would have notified him of the procedural fairness letter, let's even assume he didn't check his mail on time and the applicant was banned , what happened to coming out clean if you've got nothing to hide?

Good evening Nairalanders, this is quite long but bear with me. Earlier this year (2021) I was referred to a page on IG that handles Canada study visa called “ Wokostravelofficial” . They apparently were into securing admissions for interested people at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada and I secured their services. After making all payments to one Kinsley Onuchukwu GTB 0568656274 (handler of the Wokos page) and successfully securing the admission, we moved on to the visa application stage and this is where things started going sideways.

While waiting on this, I also applied to another Canadian institution (Niagara College, Canada) and was offered an acceptance to the Broadcasting program with a co-op work permit attached to it but decided to use the Manitoba admission for my study visa since it came before the other Niagara own and I had already began the study visa process but I planned to switch when i eventually got the study visa.

After providing all the required documents needed for visa application ( international passport, my sponsors bank statement of 12M Naira and sponsorship letter, CAC documents, filling my family information form) to “ Wokos”, my application was submitted in early February 2021 and a week later I was invited to do biometrics screening which I did at the VFS center in Lekki.

Months passed and no feedback from the embassy and every time I messaged this guy he always give me different excuses ( COVID, this , that) so I lockup. He refused to give me the details to my IRCC login claiming he is handling many applications and cannot give the login details to everyone so any messages or requests from IRCC that I receive on my email I would have to ask him before he even tells me what was going on and which documents they were requesting for ( NSE documents like IELTS and Mybankstatement)

Eventually after a 5 months wait, he eventually sent me the rejection mail on the 24th of June claiming my application was unsuccessful . I was devastated and asked him if I could immediately request for my GCMS note to know the real reason my application was rejected but he insisted that I would have to wait for at least two months before even applying for GCMS. I doubted it but I waited, a month later in late July, I asked again about applying for GCMS note but he still dismissed it so I took the incentive and made some research on how to apply myself and I did.

After a month and some days later, I received the GCMS today (3rd of September 2021) and I am shocked to find out that they used duplicated documents for my study visa applications that had already been used in several other applications and I was being accused of fraudulent documentation and misrepresentation and being hit with a 5 years ban from all Canada visa applications .

The annoying part alongside this is that this agent was given some time ( June to July) to inform me on the misrepresentation allegations and to challenge it if need be but he did not and if I had not applied for the GCMS note myself I wouldn’t even know that I had been banned for 5 years. Also because Canada, US and Australia share information and data base I have also been told that the chances of me getting a visa in those 3 countries are now slim to none.

I would appreciate any information and ideas on the important next steps I would need to take to possibly appeal this ban. 5 years no be joke ‍♂️. Please help a brother out

This is really shocking, I literarily opened my mouth and couldn't shut it. Infact I'm short of words.
Why are some human beings so full of wickedness just because of money

Dear Guru's,

I need your advice.

My program is only September intake.

Should I reply for the program or I should seek another admission for January intake in another school.

waiting for your advice please......

Thanks.

It actually depends on some factors;
Have you made any financial commitment?
If not, you can try other schools out.

When will you most likely put in your application?
If you are in a hurry, then I think you can still apply with the last LOA, defer your admission, and wait till falls next year to start classes.

Just my thought though

Hello House.
I did an upfront medical Examination and it was updated to pass on July 2nd. I got a medical request from IRCC on 1st of September. I raised a webform to upload the evidence that I have done it as upfront on September 1st. No update nor acknowledgement up till now. I'm confused.
Please what's your advice?

For you to have gotten a medical request means your approval is 90% matured.
It is just an oversight, keep reminding them by raising webform at intervals.

I submitted my application on 10th July 2021
I did my biometrics on 15th july 2021
Got a correspondent letter this morning 25th of august 2021 exactly a month and 15days after biometrics

About an hour after the correspondent letter, I got a refusal

The below were stated in the letter

Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit
application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet
the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and
Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of
residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee.
Sincerely,

After reading all they wrote up there,

I immediately ordered for my gmc note.

My admissions is February so I still have the time to reapply, which am doing immediately I receive my gmc note.

In my previous application
I have 2 landed properties with buildings
3 landed properties with no building
Am married with marriage certificate and pictures
Statement of accounts of around $100,000 about N40M I can’t remember precisely
I have a company here in Nigeria

Seeing what the V.O wrote got me confused.

Am definitely applying again, I need people who have gone through this path and I require advise and professional that I can work with who have handled this type of situation before.

I will be glad to read from you all

You can chat me up

Thanks
Best regards

I love your spirit jare, kudos.
Sorry about the outcome though.

From my own view, the purpose of visit refusal might be tied to a logical progression in career or academic.

Personal asset and financial status shouldn't have been an issue going by your profile, but was there any unexplained lump sum deposited in your account, especially close to the time of application?, they sometimes frown at such depending on the VO.

Hi

I have a degree in English but the result is poor so I can't apply for post graduate study,so I decided to go for a diploma May 3rd 2021 & also change in career, admission was given to resume in September 2021, I got a response from IRCC today August 25 2021 & was denied my study visa, reasons they wrote was ties in Canada & my home country & reason for my visit.please I need an advice on what next to do for a way forward.

Sorry about the outcome of your application vividumebi, it's just a delay .

Opting for a diploma wasn't the best descion as your grade wasn't a barrier and that's why purpose of visit happened to be one of the refusal reasons. Home time can easily tackled depending on your profile.
First step to be taken is ordering for your gcms note, that will surely shed more light on the actual reasons.
It will end in praise
