Hi guys, please how do I go about this. The person I paid to make this payment for me charged back the money without informing me. I got this from IRCC this morning

When will CBN even lift this yeyenatu limit sef, so many people are falling prey to all these wicked scammers.

You need to act fast, open a dorm account by yourself or pay using a trusted person dollar account, another option is fluter wave, and I think there's this virtual option run by wema bank.

Which ever you choose,be speedy with it and don't forget to back it up with a well written note, explaining what actually transpired.

Good morn]ng Nairalanders,
May God favour everyone who is expectant of PPR and medical request from IRCC.

Is it true that government approved centers NO LONGER ADMINISTER THE COVID-19 VACCINE TO THOSE WHO NEED IT? Is it true that vaccination is on hold till AUGUST? What is the shortest possible time one can get vaccinated for the first dose precisely.

Thanks in anticipation for a response.

The vaccination is done in phases, and I think July 7th was the last day for the recent batch.
I believe we should have some nairalanders in medical line ,who'll feed us with the correct info.

Hi everyone, I stumbled on this thread and I really love it, I've been denied study permit before, I'm about to start the process again, I'd really like pointers on what to do and what to avoid. Thanks in anticipation

Welcome Junie,

Firstly, please order for your gcms note, this will let you into the mind of the visa officer.

Then, you'll need to share the refusal reasons here and I strongly believe that the gurus will weigh in with their expertise.

Good morning house. Thank you for your work so far and congratulations to all in anticipation of your PPR.

I got refused on may 31 based on personal asset and financial status. I got gcms note this morning and the main reason for deny as attached.

I need you your opinion on what to do, as I plan towards reapplication.

Thank you.

Flimsy conclusions like this really irritates me, walahi .
Since the only concern is about funds, maybe paying your entire tuition fee will come to the rescue *if it's available and your insituton have a good refund policy*, and the living expenses sent to your account

I really do not understand why IRCC is making us go through all that stress of writing IELTS. Application is more than 2 months now and still no update.

That NSE is a big scam jare (in my own opinion o), infact I strongly believe IELTS shouldn't have been part of requirements to qualify for NSE.

Now it's part of it and many people sacrifice time, money ,hours of practicing and still have to deal with absorbing the emotional and psychological pressure that comes with waiting for months without a final decision.

Anyway it worked for some sha, maybe the complexity of each application has also got a part to play, na dem sabi.

One thing I know for sure is, if it's your turn, no jupita can turn your down.
It shall end in praise .

Hi guys
I’m actually confused right now, I submitted my study permit application since December 29th, i have done my biometrics, i was also sent medical request April 1st and medical was done April 28th, updated to pass May 14th, and I’m yet to get any response from IRCC on a final decision. I went through the normal route. I’m supposed to resume this fall, and i am getting worried!
Please i need help on what to do.

Webform straaaaaight.
A final decision has been made on your application and for the fact that you were sent a medical request means it's 98% positive, the 2% na for *winch*, and I know say dem no dey your family.
Congratulations

Please guys, I just collected my files from my agent and I noticed lots of inconsistencies in my application.
Note: I was denied for only “purpose of visit”

Number of siblings in my sop do not tally with what is in the imm forms
The company I used is not the same with the one in my sop. My uncle owns both company’s tho. but the one in the sop is different from the one that gave me sponsored leave with statements and CAC.

Should I make the adjustments in my next application or I should just go on with what he has used before because me I don confuse

Guys, please do your application yourselves. No one can put that seriousness like you

Please make the necessary adjustment jare, repackage the whole thing yourself, some of these agents are whack.
You can let some of the gurus help you vet your application before submission.

Please, are we supposed to quarantine for 3-days in the mandatory hotel and 11 days in our final destination or for 17 days in total?

If not fully vaccinated, then 3 days mandatory quarantine in a govt approved hotel and then 11 days self quarantine in your own abode, totalling 14 days.

This is an evident example. They will even inform IRCC of its CAD equivalence at the interbank market rate. Although, this is a letter issued in 2020 before the last Naira devaluation.

... didn't know they go as far as confirming these stuffs o, probably the individual used it as part of POF and not home tie or establishment.

Hi Gurus in the house.

Please I’ve got an urgent question.

1. When sending academic credentials through webform, what should be contained in the body of the webform?

2. When sending my letter of explanation, should I send it as a pdf or paste it in the body of the webform?

Cc : makano

1. ....just a simple note notifying them that you're sending so-so-sosoliso documents in support of your application.

2. The LOE/SOP should be in a pdf format and uploaded in the section provided for attachments and not in the body of the webform.

Dear gurus in the house,

Please I have a sister-friend who graduated with 2:2 in law in 2005/2006 but she's been working with Lagos State Internal Revenue since 2009 . She's currently an Account Officer there. Please what PG course can she go for?

Some of her job duties are listed below:
- Auditing of Companies Documents to enure they comply with the tax laws.
- Enlightenment and Educating Tax Payers on Tax Matters.
- Rendering Advice to Tax Payers on how to go about payment of their taxes

Thank you. I await your response.

With a 12 solid yrs of experience,I think
she stands a slim chance of getting admission for a master's program in an account related courses despite her 2:2 (..some schools though)
But to be on a safe side and not gambling, a Post Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma will do.
Our legendary honourable Leki will surely weigh in, once he's chanced.

According to the gurus; most applications from Nigeria are being handled in Nairobi, and that's where raised webform should be directed .
Submitting MBS is not a bad idea,as its authenticity is guaranteed.

Please gurus and all,

Is it advisable to submit Mybankstament even when it was not requested by IRCC? I only submitted a normal statement during application and have gotten mybankstatement printouts.

again, the webform is now requesting for selection of office processing applicants file. Do I select Nigeria- Lagos or Kenya-Nairobi as I don't know where my file is being processed?

Thanks.

Hello everyone good morning
Please does requesting for GCMS influence your application or if the application is abandoned does the GCMS NOTE request make them to look into it again?

Requesting for your gcms note doesn't have any adverse effect whatsoever on your application, rather it helps you monitor your app and in some cases jolts your application back to life, paradventure dust don cover am where dem forget am.
