As a young vvoman before you will be given good roles in Nollywood film industry you must go through series of thorough piping which will be ranging from:

--Costume designers
--Photographer

--Production manager
--Continuity

All these people must pipe you before you will be taken serious and given a role, it's like a cult there; if you refuse you will be ignored or given a role your face won't show which they usually call "waka pass"

Worse part of it? The upcoming actors are not fed sometimes and when they manage to feed them it's once a day and prisoners are well fed than them. Shocking part is that they will start filming from 8AM morning till midnight and sometimes till dawn.
