Politics / Re: Magu: Group Condemns Reports Linking Osinbajo To Stolen ‘EFCC Funds’ by ODI444(m): 8:13pm On Jul 08, 2020
jarawa:
The Buhari Osinbajo Support Front (BOSF) has tackled Jackson Ude, a former media aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan over claims linking the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo to the suspended Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission, Ibrahim Magu.

In a statement signed by its National Coordinator, Liberty Olawale Badmus, the group condemned the claim made by Ude that ‘Magu gave money to the Vice President’.

The statement titled “Magu: Reports linking Osinbajo to stolen EFCC billions another PDP Dubai strategy by fake news merchant Jackson Ude – BOSF” described the allegations as ‘not only an irresponsible lie, but a concocted move to smear campaign against Prof. Yemi Osinbajo.’

Badmus said the allegations were made to tarnish the reputation of the Vice President ahead of 2023 election adding that “He (Ude) will use any and all opportunities his devious mind sees to achieve that. “While he claims knowledge of ongoing Magu investigation, the truth is that Ude has no information whatsoever neither is he connected to any credible source that might hint him about goings-on”.

Badmus added that the allegations were staged to divert attention from the ‘link between PDP leaders and Ramon Olorunwa Abbas aka Hushpuppi.’ On the allegation leveled against Magu, the group said “it is on record that the EFCC chairman never mentioned the Vice President’s name and that all the news by Ude was concocted. Not only is he not close to the proceedings, but he also lacks the credibility of any kind.”

South West BMC have been rattled. But again, why is the name of our professor VP popping up anytime sharing of corrupt proceeds are mentioned?
SERAP has also warned DSS to release Magu and we know who SERAP works for.
Also Itsay Sagay partner, Prof Odekunle has blamed the AGF over Magu’s ordeal.
With these instances, you know who is feeling the heat.

Now this is how to play politics, PDP owes South East for their support unlike South East expecting a party they have never supported (APC) to reward them with the number 1 position ticket.

You can't work and retire in company A and queue up to get your salary and Gratuity at company B.
Some of are simply senile. How can a zone that had one APC governor before 2015 and still have APC governor now be said to hate APC? The zone even have the Chief Whip of the senate. How are you guys this deluded?

WiLdFLame:
Been hearing news of how every department in Ondo state ministries have been hijacked by IGBOs courtesy of Aketi wife influence. Nobody likes Aketi In Ondo state anymore thanks to how he has given all power in the state to Igbo and his immediate family only, maltreatment of party members. Oke has an Igbo wife, Jegede wife is also Igbo, now Ondo state people can’t trust these people because of the Igbo Connection. The precedence laid by Aketi and his Igbo family had done enough damage Ondo people can’t trust Aketi again. Ondo state might go to the opposition if Aketi is been adopted through Indirect primary. Someone fresh with no Igbo Connection like segun Abraham or so might be a good bargain. Right now everybody is angry at Aketi and they can’t trust him with second time again. APC CTC should take note of this

If you are a wise Onye Igbo, don’t comment for or against anyone in the thread. Better observe and read comments. Our adversaries shall be disappointed.

Are you sure?

Igbos have been saying North should continue in power. Igbos know they cannot defeat Yoruba, so they are lining up behind North against Yoruba. grin

Igbo already defeated itself when they openly made noise demanding North to continue ruling.

You know the last thing Igbos could be are weaklings. Yorubas can’t beat Igbos in politics because I cannot see that Yoruba that has that spread. If Igbos mandate Rochas Okorocha and Orji Kanu to lobby the north, I don’t know who in SW will do better than them.
What Igbos are avoiding is the north using the crack in the south to do a subterfuge. They have been doing that with the help of South West.

Has there been clean Anambra state? Traffic around 33 axis is still there. So what has Obiano done? Stop showing what has been shown before. Update or keep quiet.

Recently, we have witnessed series of posts on why it should be Rotimi Amaechi in 2023 and how Igbos will benefit if Rotimi Amaechi becomes president.
Splendid to say the least.
Rotimi Amaechi has right to vote and be voted for. He has paid his dues and should be commended for that.
However, 2023 has nothing to do with being an Igbo man or not. What is on lips of every Nigeria including Rotimi Amaechi is Nigeria president of South East extraction. It’s sacrosanct.
But assuming 2023 is an Igbo thing, where will Rotimi Amaechi be found?
I may call Rotimi Amaechi an Igbo man today, he will swallow the ‘bitter pill’ but in 2007, he would utterly reject it.
Google the ethnic groups in Rivers and see for yourself. You have Ikwerre, Igbo and Ijaw. So who are promoting Ikwerre as a ethnic group if not people like Rotimi Amaechi?
In 2007, Obasanjo was in dilemma on whom to chose as running mate between Goodluck Jonathan and Chief Peter Odili. How did figure it out?
Sources said He called Peter Odili and asked him a very simple question: what is your tribe? The innocent Peter answered: “I am a Rivers Man”. They said the question was repeated and the man made no mistake in affirming that he is a ‘Rivers Man’.
Is Rotimi Amaechi an Igbo man? By name he is; but he as well be a Yoruba man by name too.
I leave you to your conscience.

Politics / Re: 22 Igbo Tribes In Niger Delta Full List - Photo by ODI444(m): 10:49am On Jul 01, 2020
First Niger Delta is not a region but a mapping based on resources.
Kaduna state can be a Niger Delta state if Oil is found there. Based on this, two states in South East are Niger Delta. More will still join.
Secondly, in South South, there are no Igbos for now. Just like Jews, being Igbo is beyond speaking a substandard Igbo language. You must earn it. Igbos are in the five South Eastern state. Aside this, go and find your root.
And for Igbos that try to append these inconsequential minorities to the great Igbos, remember that if the son fails to draw line, strangers will partake in the share of his father’s property.

Politics / Re: 2023: The Plan Between The North And The Niger Delta by ODI444(m): 12:29pm On Jun 30, 2020
IkwerrePikin:
Those of you who don’t know, you better read this carefully:

There is an ongoing agreement between the North and the Niger delta on power shift between the North and South.

Come 2023, both Igbo and Yoruba will not be President. It may sound funny to you, but that is the reality on ground.

The North knows how to play politics, nobody should deny that fact!

The North have realize that, the Niger delta is the best region to form an ailment with.

They can not trust the Yoruba with power, the rate at which the Yoruba wants to be President even with the introduction of Amotekun, it will be difficult for the North to trust Yoruba at this time with power.

The Igbo in the other hand can not be trusted too. With so much attack on the North by the Igbo politicians and traditional groups, coupled with Nnamdi Kanu Biafra struggle, it will be too risky for the North to allow power move to the Igbos.

But in the Niger delta, the north have realize that, they are the best region to have a good favorable ground with and make an agreement that would benefit both regions because, the North have witnessed power with the Niger delta in the person of Jonathan. The North have realize that the Niger deltans can be trusted, and they do not have so much hatred for the North like the Yoruba and Igbo who will immediately bounce on the Fulani and it’s herds if they get to power.

The yaradua govt brought Amnesty for the Niger delta, and buhari govt have also settled the Niger delta warlords that is why you see calm. Because even with the operation crocodile smile, the militants will still destroying pipelines halting oil production.

The North have realize that if they have a good agreement with the Niger delta who houses the nations wealth (Crude Oil) even with the construction of Gas pipeline from the Niger delta to the North which militants can destroy, and support a Niger deltan (considering Rotimi Amaechi who buhari loves and most igbos see as Igbo man even though he is Ikwerre) the North will feel more secure allowing power return to the South for 8yrs before going back to the North.

The North have realize that, with the Niger delta voting strength, and the region that feeds the nation, they do not need the Yoruba or Igbo who they can not trust with power at this point.

Those of you saying, how can Niger delta produce President after Jonathan from same region, ask yourself where was Yaradua from? Is it not same Kastina with Buhari today? Did Jonathan complete his second tenure?? Rotimi Amaechi who has a great experience in leadership from the position he has occupied in the past which no politician in the South has ever archived, Amaechi was a speaker 8yrs, Governor 8yrs, chairman governors forum, and a second term minister, married to an igbo woman and who most igbos see as igbo even though he is Ikwerre, there is no doubt the Igbos will support Amaechi Presidency 100% and feel more secure and calm than a Tinubu!
The same mistake the Yorubas made on Tinubu. All of a sudden, Amaechi Rotimi is the darlin of the north. Remember, don’t put all your eggs in one basket.
Good luck.

The north will never vote an igbo man!!

No sensible northerner will ever support an igbo man into the corridor of power!!

Nobody is stopping them from contesting... They should contest politics is a game of number and logical strategies.

Since after war, Igbos have insulted and ridiculed the North, they have blackmailed and castigated us for nothing sake. They have ruined our reputation for Decades with lies and fallacy with the help of the southern media, you blame us for your misfortunes, you shed corockodike tears and point your filthy fingers to us to get sympathy, any politician who wants relevance, points his gun to the North while igbos stay behind and load his gun...

Upon your falsehood and wickedness towards the people that did nothing to you, you still storm the Church on sundays, sit in the front seat and recite the part of the Bible that says: "do not bear falsehoods against your neighbors or your labourers" swimming in the ocean of hypocrisy

Today you want same north to support and vote you...

No...it's Biafra or death!!

North doesn’t begin and end in North West. There’re north central and north east. So we know the north that vote Southerners. Your own north didn’t, but Obasanjo and GEJ were presidents in Nigeria. So go and take your Fura
