Once the tenants fix that road, the coast of rent that area will increase. So who benefits more? If the landlords can increase the rent cos the area is now OK. Then they should be the ones to fix it. clearly u haven't read the constitution and u haven't been to law court be4. In as much as the landlord owns the house, the tenants have rights too. The problem is that Nigerians don't know there right that why they allow the police and the military to intimidate them, that's why a landlord will wake up one morning and trow there things away.
