Agriculture / Re: Me Working On My Melon (egusi) Farm This Morning by odun99(f): 12:00am

This is my surroundings as well but couldn't plant maize as much as I would like to because of goats. Couldn't really lay my hand on water melon seeds. The one I bought was like less than 100 seeds at N4500
I bought a N1,500 water melon from the Aboki on my street...then I playfully asked him in a friendly manner if I could get some seeds because I want to plant them and boom...he promised to get me the seeds and he did for free. You can also try.
He was surprised though, Maybe because I'm a lady

maasoap:
The journey started towards the end of February when I started the clearing of the yet to be developed 5 plots of land around my house.
I have two reasons for doing this:
One: to push the busy around my house back
Two: to get me busy every morning before I go out for the day as I actually have plenty of time on my hand grin
I equally bought and planted hybrid of water melon among the melon, about 100 seeds for N4500.
This was planted middle of March after the first rain.
Nice .. I'm doing something like this ...
I have Melon farm
Water melon farm
And Maize farm
... although, all in the backyard.
May God bless our hustle this year.

Kyng1:
Good morning Nairalanders, I will try to make this as brief as possible.

It happened last two week's Friday, after sleeping with a prostitute, the sex laster about 49 mins and after ejaculation I saw thick red blood all over my dick, it happened that she was on her period, and hide it from me, which she denied that she thought it has completely dried off, I'm mad at myself because I didn't use a condom. "I haven't been using condom with her though, I last had sex with her about a month plus that was the evening of my marriage day, since then I haven't called or had sex with her, until I went back last two weeks Friday.

So after everything, I went home that evening and took 3 cipro tab, next day, my groin was extremely painful and the lymph nodes on my groin swelled. Two days later I developed a mild fever, accompanied by a light headache, bitter mouth and 4 day's later I had sore throat, and swollen lymph nodes on my both under jaws and front of my right ear. Until now my throat is still sore.

I have taken full pack of cipro tab and other drugs but it's not working, I did syphilis text on Saturday and it came back negative, yesterday I went for more text but the lab attendant isn't around, so I met the Dr on duty and explained everything that happened, he told me not to waste my money to conduct more tests that what I have is chicken pox and not an STD infection, I disagreed because I have previously had chicken pox about 11 years ago, although I had just one boil close to my nose back then when I contracted it.

So he gave me these drugs below, I swallowed it last night and applied the lotion, but instead of the boils to dry down, they became more fresher and ripe when I woke up this morning.

I went to another lab this morning and the Dr I met told me that it's chicken pox, he gave me drugs and injection. I'm highly hoping for it to be effective.

Please, Dr's in the house is this really chicken pox? They're all over my face, little on my head, arms, legs, stomach, beards and back.
If it's chicken pox, bathe and drink palm wine...it will clear off in no time. Very fast.

I visited the ministry today. At the old secretariat complex, Area 1 Abuja. I found out that ther are moving unto the next stage of disbursment, which is for those who applied for loans 4rm 500k upwards. Only a fraction of persons were paid that 50k last week, that's less than 50thousand persons out of the millions that applied. My annoyance was why those who applied around November & December where nt paid, but persons who applied abt 3weeks ago got the grant.
i found it hard to bliv. I was thinking it was loss of data for those who applied earlier because of hw useless that site was. They said payments wil continue, but at a later date. May be around the last quarter of the year to me. But whateva happens, be rest assured that billions have been stolen. And more than half of those yet to be paid would nt be paid.
the minister granted an interview yesterday. Read vanguard news for excerpts.
God...
This country is finished.
Thanks for the update.
We go commot mind.

Thanks so much. Like I say, I’m really not flush myself and have my own financial wahala/issues but I also like to help people, even if I can only afford to do it here and there. Anyone who’s seen the state of current Nigeria would know why. There’s enough suffering going on as it is. Yes, e-dey important to not let yourself be taken for a fool/advantage of (especially in a country like Nigeria) but suffering’s real. And people need to know that there are still some people in this world who would go the extra mile for you when they comfortably can. Not everyone has funny principles about money and is super-tight about what they have. I’m not a fool but I’m not heartless either. There’s a difference between letting yourself be used for 419 and helping people who you know are genuinely struggling. Suffering can never be a myth in Nigeria. Yeah, man can’t really make this too much of a consistent habit but here-and-there it’s still better to give than to receive (and receiving is well-bliss, let’s not lie). I guess I’m just that person.
You will never suffer in life in Jesus name.
You're just a special person sir.
More blessings for you IJN sir

I can give you 10,000 Naira and that’s it. I do sympathise with y’all but I’m not in the best financial position myself so this really is gonna have to be the last time for now. I’m going back on me drawing a line under giving more people ogho this time but I’m only doing it once. I can’t keep doing it for a little while now.

Being nice for the sake of being nice with no catch is a rarity in places like Mbaise and Ngor-Okpala but it’s common with people like the Anambra and the Ondo. So you’re lucky. If I was from Mbaise I probably would’ve found a way of using you for blood-ritual by now. Some of those people are truly wicked.
You're a God sent sir.
You will never lack in your life.
Since you always help people, your generations will never beg for food IJN.
Thanks for all you do on here.
