Crime / Ajimobi’s Wife In London Police Net For Laundering N500m by oduneja: 10:28pm On Oct 29, 2012 |
Ajimobi’s Wife in London Police Net for Laundering N500m …..Oyo gov stands surety for wife ….Wole Olanipekun, 2 other SANs engaged Junketing wife of the Oyo State governor, Chief (Mrs) Florence Ajimobi, has finally jumped into the net of London police authorities. Her offence: she was found in possession of Pound Sterling and United States Dollars totalling N500million about two weeks ago. Mrs Ajimobi was arrested by the Met Police during her 52nd trip outside Nigeria in the last 17 months that her husband became the chief executive of the Pace-Setter state. The development came barely a few months after Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State was arrested also in London on money laundering charges and was held for about 26 days in the United Kingdom. Governor Abiola Ajimobi has equally been out of the country for about 42 times on personal and official trips that have cost the people of the state fortunes in estacode and denied them the opportunity of a responsible government during times of sorrow, like the August 26, 2011 flood disaster that ravaged the state. The governor’s wife was held for a few days in London before she telephoned her husband who immediately flew out to the United Kingdom to save his wife and his administration from the embarrassment that the arrest could cause. NEWSLEAK gathered that the governor had to stand surety for his wife before she was temporarily released the weekend on her arrest. To ensure that the news does not get to public domain, Governor Ajimobi had to lie that he was travelling to Taiwan for “an emergency business trip”, and headed for London to stand surety for his wife. Met police authorities accept the surety-ship of a sitting high profile government official in cases of money laundering without which Mrs Ajimobi would have been declared wanted and Interpol sent after her. When Mrs Ajimobi returned to Nigeria two Sundays ago, she avoided public gathering, never honoured any invitation and cancelled all previous appointments. A community newspaper in London published the news of Mrs Ajimobi’s arrest with her picture lavishly used by the local daily. NEWSLEAK is making effort to get the photograph and use same on this website. According to investigations, Mrs Ajimobi is literally the human bank in charge of funds illegally deducted from the 33 local government councils in the state as well as the N110million security monthly security vote of her husband. Rumours that Mrs Ajimobi is the courier for public funds running into billions of Naira allegedly stolen so far by the Action Congress of Nigeria-led government in the last 17months were reinforced by the several contracts awarded to Mrs Ajimobi, including the poorly executed beautification project given to her for N1billion of taxpayers’ money. In addition, she has appropriated the State Action Committee on AIDS (SACA), which was hitherto under the purview of the Ministry of Health to her office and through this, she is sitting upon the $15million-Dollar World Bank funds released early this year for the control of AIDS in the state. To wriggle out of money laundering and sundry charges against Mrs Ajimobi, her husband has engaged the service of three Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs) led by Chief Wole Olanipekun. Following the expiration of the week-long bail granted Mrs Ajimobi to prepare her legal team as the case will be charged t court soon, she left the country for London early on Sunday, October 28 (that is yesterday). Governor Ajimobi, it was scoped, has been running from pillar to post for face-saving strategies against the damning incident. He was said to have expressed determination to pay any price quoted by anyone that could be of help in preventing the scandal from becoming public knowledge as well as getting the “greedy wife” off the hook. The governor, NEWSLEAK is told, will be travelling out of the country this week to stand by her wife. It was also gathered that the senior lawyers are on their way out of the country for the legal fireworks in defence of Mrs Ajimobi. http://newsleak-ng.com/?p=23 |

Got this from stella Dimoko Blog. Before i start with this;I know Jim WILL GO AROUND POSTING TRASH as anonymous on where ever this memo comes up but who cares? You live on the Internet defending yourself on various blogs and posting incoherent babash, cussing out the blog owners remember?Be my guest. I start this memo by quoting the lyrics from Abolore Akandes(9ice)song where he mentioned the words "baaaaastard"in reference to his ex friend rugged man. Ikechukwu(Jim my axx) you are exactly what 9ice said,a "baaaaastard" . I did an exclusive story that your 11yr old son has surfaced, which is true, abi you wan contest am? The story went viral and probably spoilt your chances of one of your yahoo-yahoo love scams in Houston where you are as I write this. ---and you go gaga? ...And you used your cunnilingus fingernails to dial my home phone and use the swear words on my family ......to the hearing of my children who are still traumatized, the children you so badly desire to have one day as a human being, the ones you used to refer to as "beautiful'. You called me "ugly bitch" and you are so frigging correct, the thing is of all your plenty sisters,I cannot remember anyone of them winning the Most beautiful girl in Nigeria beauty pageant or even Miss world. Your anger has brought you nothing but bad luck.ask yourself why you have no true friends or why no press man will touch you with a long pole. ...go on,ask yourself! You keep threatening to beat up anyone you enter into your log of bad books and I wonder if you are Superman. Na so you go Cameron them beat you so tey your fingers broke and you cooked up the "falling on a glass table"story.tell it to the cuckoos! If you ever think of swearing to beat me up because I did an exclusive that you have an 11yr old son who is in existence,I will find you and the day you lay your epileptic hands on me will be the last day you ever try to beat up any woman again!...agbaya go and find your mate to bully! At your age(you don pass 40yrs abeg)you should be happy of such news but instead you are in Houston running from various one dollar shops to another and after you go spread pics for Internet begging for headlines like "Jim iyke spends trillions on shopping spree"..Na today? If you read this memo, you are free to leave an anonymous hater comment here or any where else but please delete my numbers from your phone and do not call. Go and see a shrink doctor and get help for anger management abeg. You seem to think everyone is envious of you, wetin you get?you freaking parade used cars in your 'rented'garage in Abuja,I roll a brand new Mercedes, tear rubber! I know you will read this,so I close with this 'stellar advice' "It is only an heediot like you that refuses to see the handwriting on the wall, even when the letters are slapping at your pomo mouth". You are a liar,a cheat and you have a wicked wicked heart. if you call me ugly because I kick ass with my stories, remember I granted you your first ever interview where you said your then ex(actress stephnora okere)used to beg to be beaten before sex?bollocks! All the 11years i have been a reporter,i have done nothing but defend your sorry ass even when i knew your hands were soiled...that's what 'freinds' are for ! This is a friendly memo,if you push me again,I will get 'high' for you and send another one copying the governor of benue state swansan!.....A word is enough for the wise....you ain't. I thought the devil was a liar till I became friends with you!.....na you train devil to lie! The next time you try to set me up again,I will be waiting for you at the trap and I will fix the hook on your shriveled, over used balls! Remember that I am not Cornell udofia the reporter you messed up/tried to use to mess me up. My name Na 'sterra'! Hisssss! |
Politics / Re: Massive Security At US Embassy In Abuja (Pictures) by oduneja: 10:10pm On Sep 14, 2012 |
On Monday Sept 12 ,2012 According to the Washington Post Al-Qaeda in Yemen’s No. 2 leader reportedly killed in missile strike:ANAA, Yemen — An airstrike killed al-Qaida's No. 2 leader in Yemen along with six others traveling with him in one car on Monday, U.S. and Yemeni officials said, a major breakthrough for U.S.-backed efforts to cripple the group in the impoverished Arab nation. It had been known on the Arab Street as they call it that ( As Usual) there would be attacks planned and put into action on or around September 11th . In Egypt the embassy was attacked simply after a protest , which was known to be coming , got out of control because a FEW men scaled the Embassy wall and went after the American flag while the majority of the mob watched and chanted. The Libyan Consulate NOT AN EMBASSY therefore lighter security was attacked at 10 PM at night by a coordinated group with semi automatic and automatic weapons and RPGs . All of these actions have some basic commonalities: 1. Timing; If not on September 11th around the day. 2. Soft Targets ; The Egyptian Embassy was not heavily guarded because Embassies in general have to have a certain degree of openness while maintaining maximum security possible . There fore the Embassy in Egypt while vandalized was not bombed to destruction as in Beirut or Kenya. The CONSULATE in Libya was a soft target , not a full embassy and for 5 hours the Libyan and US Security forces held off the attack.Of Which 3 Security Officers lost their lives defending the Consulate and Ambassador It should be noted that the Libyan People of Benghazi DID CONDEMN this attack. Which brings us to Yemen an already week area for security in which as stated before the Al-Qaeda in Yemen’s No. 2 was blown to bits with six others . So it was both a soft target for terrorism and in an area that already has active Al Qaeda factions along with Anti American sentiments These riots and mobs have the underlining context of being in-sighted by factions of Al Qaeda as only a desperate form of weak retaliation for the targeting of the heads of these terrorist groups. In areas of the middle east where tensions are high and law enforcement is non existent or at best very weak. Security as well. So basically the fake film was the long fuse but the attacks were started by and carried out by Terrorist Factions closely affiliated to Al Qaeda 2 Likes |

Business / Aig-imoukhuede's Presidential Probe Panel Report by oduneja: 6:38pm On Aug 17, 2012 |
A recent press statement credited to the Federal Ministry of Finance just made new startling revelations in the unfolding Fuel Subsidy drama. The release amongst other things-gave an insight the work done by the Aigboje Imoukhuede led presidential panel on the fuel subsidy exercise. It listed supposedly reputable companies such as Sayyu Dantata's M.R.S, Ifeayi Uba’s Capital Oil, Mike Adenuga's Conoil and other perceived reputable companies as suspected fuel subsidy fraudsters. Here is the press statement reproduced. 'This statement is being issued to apprise Nigerians of some key developments in the Mike Adenuga, Conoil Boss 'This statement is being issued to apprise Nigerians of some key developments in the management of fuel subsidy payments which are important to understanding the approach adopted by the Federal Government on this issue which understandably has attracted a lot of public attention. 'PAYMENT OF MARKETERS The position of the Federal Government on fuel subsidy payments is clear: We will do our best to encourage honest efforts by genuine companies engaged in fuel importation but we will not fall for the cheap blackmail of indicted marketers who are using all kinds of subterfuge to escape sanctions. 'We know that Nigerians are fully in support of this position because the money belongs to all Nigerians and it is important that the correct steps are taken to protect the public interest. We would also like to stress that marketers with legitimate and unencumbered claims have been paid and will continue to be paid as these details show: - Between April and May 2012, Batches D/12 and E/12 involving 14 oil marketers with a claim of N17 billion were fully settled. - In addition, since early July 2012, N25.6 billion worth of claims have been fully settled. - In all, between April and August this year, in respect of 2012 PMS claims, N42.666 billion have been paid to 31 oil marketers. 'These are incontrovertible facts which confirm government’s commitment to ensuring that issues concerning genuine marketers with legitimate claims are dealt with expeditiously. 'COMPANIES UNDER INVESTIGATION ON SUSPICION OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES Following the work of the Presidential Committee on Fuel Subsidy Payments led by Mr Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, the following firms are being investigated based on evidence that they may have engaged in fraudulent activities under the fuel subsidy regime: 1. ALMINNUR RESOURCES LTD 2. BRILLA ENERGY LED 3. CAADES OIL AND GAS LTD 4. CAPITAL OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY LTD 5. CONNOIL PLC 6. DOWNSTREAM ENERGY SOURCE LTD 7. ETERNA PLC 8. EURAAFRIC OIL AND GAS LTD 9. LUMEN SKIES LTD 10. MAJOPE INVESTMENT LTD 11. MATRIX ENERGY LTD 12. MENON OIL AND GAS LTD 13. MOB INTERNATIONAL SERVICES 14. MRS OIL AND GAS LTD 15. NASAMAN OIL SERVICES LTD 16. NATACEL PETROLEUM LTD 17. OCEAN ENERGY TRADING AND SERVICES 18. PINNACLE CONTRACTORS LTD 19. SIFAX OIL AND GAS COMPANY 20. TONIQUE OIL SERVICES LTD 21. TOP OIL AND GAS DEVELOPMENT CO. LTD 'The Report recommended that these firms refund various amounts to the national treasury. COMPANIES WITH LESS SEVERE CASES TO ANSWER There is a second group of companies with infractions which are relatively minor. These are in discussion with government for a quick resolution of their issues. Government is prepared to settle their claims under the following circumstances. 1. For oil marketers under investigation for possible refunds to the government, their 2012 outstanding claims will be netted out against their expected refunds to government and those with a positive net balance i.e outstanding claims greater than expected refunds will be processed and paid. 2. For marketers with a negative balance with government, i.e they owe Government more in refunds than Government owes them, the Aig-Imoukhuede committee will accelerate review of their documents after the Sallah break so that their claims can be processed and settled, if cleared, without further delay. 3. For others that may not be in the above categories but who have other issues or claims, their claims will also be attended to with the same despatch. 'CONCLUSION It is clear that those behind the strikes are marketers being investigated for possible fraud. These elements have now resorted to hiding behind the unions to unnecessarily antagonize Government and create hardship for Nigerians. We want to make it clear that Government will fully investigate their activities and if found guilty, bring them to book and recover all public funds fraudulently obtained, in the guise of fuel subsidy claims. No degree of blackmail will stop the Government from doing its work. Government will, therefore, pursue justice and ensure that those who are found guilty are appropriately sanctioned.'
