The family of the girl had a meeting with the police and the boys were later arrested. Don't have update about that incident for now.

They are all trying to pass blame to the boys and free the girl from any blame. Who knows if the 13 year old girl hasn't been taking substance too?

And that's what is really bad. I was so sad seeing the headline of how 5 boys gang-raped a 10yr old girl and I'm like whattttt What kind of sickness or psycho possessed those guys. Another headline saying the mother of the girl says her daughter was raped, reading through it, I found out the girl has been suspended. I was thinking, what Wicked school will suspend a girl (10yrs) for something traumatically done to her? How wicked can humans be?

All these, Only to find out that it was consensual by all major participants.
Now this leads me thinking. What if there was no videos to tell us that what really happened was different from what we were being fed? I wonder the kind of "bullets" the boys will receive for "raping' a 10yr old girl and how everything won't be the way it's now since rape issue is not taken lightly.

And yeah, family and school needs to do more. But I feel most parents are negligent of their children's welfare and consumption that it affects their way of life. There's really few school and institutions can do if the basic foundation which supposed to be gotten from the family is lacking

if not for video evidence, a lot of people would have been calling for the head of those guys as we speak. The mother clearly dont want to believe her daughter can do such stuff. It is also sad she came out to scream rape when she doesn't have sufficient information about what happened.

Most parent are truly negligent. Even though some will argue the phones and tab they get for their wards are for educational purpose or even the kind of cartoons/programme they allow them watch, but a whole lot is going on in the mind of the child if not well supervised.

My own that's concerning is the use of rape about something that's obviously consensual. Both are minors, yet they used the strong word as rape in narrating the issue.

The way this rape word is brandied about, with time it might lose its weighty meaning if care is not taken.

Maybe sensational journalism.

Men the family, school, institutions need to do more honestly. The rate of moral decadence is alarming.
