Whenever I am sending a mail, I always bcc my alternate mail. I refer to it to be sure the main mail has been sent.

NB
TO is the principal recipient of the mail;
CC is the secondary recipient of the mail;
BCC is the tertiary recipient of the mail.

When sending cc to more than one person, it considered good practice to start listing the person's based on heirachy/seniority/relevance to the mail content.

Some see it as offence if you dnt list the emails/names in order of Seniority or rank.

I remember when I finished NYSC and was job hunting. One day I got with a friend and we took a bus from Egbeda to VI, dropped at Bonny camp and we started trekking to all the offices in VI dropping CVs at every office.
In 5hrs we were both exhausted and about to fall down. Almost half of the offices we visited in our presence dropped our CVs in the waste paper basket or trash can, Another set we couldn't even get past the security guards. One security guard at Prudent Bank actually called us and told us that the CV wont get beyond him. I remember going to an office and they actually gathered all the unsolicited CVs and burnt them in our presence including the ones we just submitted

2 days later I went back to my friend Zizous house and asked him when are we going back, The guy wan swear for me say I should never come to his house again to take him on such useless trips. I left him and started applying to JAMB and WAEC lesson to teach. I will earn N100 per hour while transport to and fro Egbeda to Idimu was N30. I will take bus to the lesson and trek back

These foolish banks have credited me once with huge money before, it took a week before the cashier realized and debited me without my consent why can't the same apply if I make complain instead they will tell you to mail the receiver's bank

They need consent first before making use of any other means(court, Force, threats etc) Many people for Nigeria no well o.

The cashier realised it after the depositor came to complain days after or the colleague/auditor discovered the error.

It is good you didn't transfer the money into another account or saw it as manna from above.
You saved the cashier/transfer officer without you knowing.

It will work except the bank doesn't want to do anything.
If it's same bank it's even easier. Let him just write he made a transfer in error to so and so account or simply contact the other banks contact centre immediately he made the error and tell them "It was an error or he made it under duress". Its easier if he knows someone working in the other bank.
But they will have to plead with the beneficiary if he/she has transfered the money from the account.

The average Nigerian like someone said before, is corrupt. Ask some people what they will do if someone credit their account by mistake and their response will shock you.

Unknown to some, it's easy for banks/Court to get the money back..

Now look at how these bank guys moved in swiftly to recover the money because it affected them directly..but here everyday, people are swindled of their hard earned money. Victims money are being transfered to another account, yet the culprits are never traced and nabbed. It always seems banks are not eager to help or clueless to the victims answer.

When you even make transfer to a wrong account. They don't help too. I lost 152k few months back..they were telling me to call the person. If I have his number will I be meeting bank?

Still go to the bank to complain. Ask to see Resident auditor if possible or if you can get mail of fraud desk or ICA unit it will help. You have to keep sending reminder though so they keep in touch with the other bank who will now get in touch with the customer
