I don't mean to bring back the topic about using an affidavit of return during ones TRV application but my curiosity begs me to ask the house that, in the long run won't the document be a problem if one decides to apply for PR after he/she is done with studying in Canada

Well said bros, the VOs may even see your firm as a mobile one that you can establish in Canada and such may not consider it as a genuine employment prospects that can cause you to return.

In addition to tackle employment problem, I think you didn't add your payslip and a letter of introduction from your office would have added to the list of evidences you provided.

You could also get a court affidavit of return to tackle the issue of returning on completion of program, I had the same issue during my application and that was what I used and God grant me favour, consider it too... Ire o
In your case did you also submit your statement of account even as you were not your sponsor ?
I mean should one still submit his/her statement of account along with payslip and letter of introduction from office even if the persons sponsor is his/her dad?
Also what is entailed in the court affidavit of return ?

Your aunt have to send it to you and not CIC, it have to be among your documents.
Now concerning getting it across to you, that shouldn't be a problem, she can get the court affidavit done over there, scan it, and send it to you. That was how I got a court affidavit from my cousin who stood as my co-sponsor from the united state.

I will appreciate if you don't bold your comment again, please... Ire o
Okay thanks. The reason I asked if my aunt can send the statement of account directly to CIC is because I know it's a sensitive document. On second thought is it possible she pays the money into my domiciliary account. Then back it up with the court affidavit from U.K. ..a letter of sponsorship and the statement of account of my domiciliary account showing she paid the money into my account

You will need a statement of account, letter of sponsor, court affidavit of sponsor and the data page of international passport of all your sponsors.

If your Dad is your sponsor and your aunt is going to stand as your co-sponsor, you don't need to pad your account, simple tell your aunt to transfer the amount she will sponse you with into your account and let her state it in her letter of sponsor, the statement of account will show it.

For your home times, BSc has nothing to do with your home tie. If you have been following this thread, you must have come across how you can tackle the issue of home tie, if you are married, a crowned prince, a business man or working in Nigeria and was granted leave of study, meaning you have to come back, all these are good way of tackling home ties. I can remember someone here broke down home ties into two- social and economic, which summarizes all you need regarding home ties

Lastly, why not go for masters instead of PGD? If you read from thread 12 you will understand why, I am not saying you won't get a TRV if you go for PGD, but you will have to put in more effort than someone going for masters will do, statistics here shows an approximate ratio of 1PGD TRV approval to every 5 MSc TRV approval... Ire o
I have modified my previous comment. I am aware Bsc has nothing to do with home ties. What I meant was that I'm studying a PGD course that relates to my Bsc. For home ties using a work study leave is looking like my best option atm thanks. I am going for a PGD because my CGPA is less than 3.00 which is the minimum requirement for most schools if not all
Since my aunt (cosponsor) is in U.K. Will she be sending her bank doc directly to CIC or to me and how easily can she get the court affidavit in UK. please I need detailed clarification here. Thanks

Bros, what is worth doing at all is worth doing well.
There's nothing tight about an application that is built on deception, because the VOs ain't dumb, they will figure out and you end up dashing them your application fee. It isn't compulsory you be your sponsor, you can get anybody to be your sponsor, all you need is well prepared documents to back up your application.

Come to look at it, 1.5 to 2 million is not even enough to present to the VOs as your financial strength. You need at least 6M with convincing documents that prove it is for your study.

Finance isn't the only thing you need to be worried about, you have quite number of things you need to be aware of. The program/degree you're going for is one of them. We have witnessed quite few number of people that are going for PGD that have had their TRV approved, you need a well-structured SOP to convince the VO that you are genuine student.

You also need to prove the availability of home ties, and other things, I will advice you read at least from thread 12 to know how to put up a tight application, and if you have specific question, you can... Ire o
Thanks for the advice. Maybe I wasn't clear enough. My dad who is my sponsor is willing to provide an account statement in the region of 10M ( this is after paying for my two semester tuition) along with shares and land doc. My SOP and course of study is in line with my Bsc degree which is good. home ties I'm yet to come up with something concrete. I just want to ensure I close all loop holes that's why I was considering adding my personal account to the application. But like you've stated it's not a good way to go about it.
I have an aunt in the U.K though Who is willing to come in as a co sponsor can you please direct me on the documents I'll be needing from her.
And also if my sponsors have to state in a form of letter how much they are giving to me for accommodation, feeding etc

Good day house
Please I need advice as regards putting up a tight TRV Application.
I applied for a two years PGD program, to pay two semester tuition out of four (one year tuition). I'm using my dad as my sponsor with a good enough balance with land docs as well. I am thinking if I should go ahead to gather funds into my personal account in the region of 1.5M to 2M from various sources to back up my application, thereby stating that it's for my accommodation and feeding. Then after the application process return the money. But my fear is they will ask for statement of the account

GREGORIAN:
ok cool...nywaiz u have to spell your experience in the IT world and your professional certificates...about transfer of tuition fee it depends...but if u r not ready to spend a little more to be on a safer side...u could go on wit ur brother as ur co-sponsor...all the best
Thanks for the advice and response. I appreciate it. I will look into the possibility of getting the funds into my dads account since it's best to eliminate all reasons for TRV refusal. Do you know anyone who schools or that has schooled in LAMBTON, so I could keep in touch with the person. Lastly can I send my SOP to you in the near future for any expert review and advice. Thanks again

r u IT inclined...y i asked is because...IT pgd program in lambton has Cisco networking wich is advance networking...so witout IT background of networking basics...it ll be difficult to cope...because u wont be taught basic networking...and VOs know that...so if ur first degree is not IT related im afraid u might be denied...take note...its ok disclosing u have a brother in canada irespective of the fact that he ll apply for PR some time...it has no negative effect to his future PR application....lastly since ur dad is your sponsor n u wont state ur brother as co-sponsor...i will advice ur brother credits ur dads account with ur first/second semester tuition...while ur dad takes full responsibility
I studied mathematics and statistics, in unilag. I have two years working experience working in a private IT company. Even though I was in the admin dpt I was privileged to learn from the IT guys and I've taken classes previously in Ccna & Mcsa where I sat and passed the Mcsa 410 & Mcsa 411 module. About my brother transferring the tuition fee to my dads account won't the bank exchange rate affect thereby causing me to spend more ?

Good day house. I thank you all for the great support here.
I intend applying for my TRV once I get my acceptance letter from LAMBTON college for the Information technology professional program.
My question to the house is. Is it safe to disclose that I have an elder brother in Canada who is yet to get his PR (he has already started his PR application but he won't be getting it until much later next year).
lastly My dad is my sponsor but my brother would be paying my first & second semester tuition

The criteria is 1 year work experience. If you evaluate your academic qualification and write IELTS, you can enter the pool. However, your score will not be high enough so you will need to find ways to boost your score.

You have only provided little information about yourself , hence, it is really difficult to give you the best advice. The good thing, however is that age is still on your side. You can afford to even start MSc or PhD now and you will still get full score under age after your studies.

Thank you very much for the response, here is my info

Single
Degree -Bsc in Maths.Stats
Occupation - internal Auditor with I.T skills as well. (Actually sitting for CCNA cert in Feb)
Age - 25
Years of experience - 3yrs (If my supervisor can hlp back date) if not 2yr
IELTS -8.0 in W.R.S.L (prospective score)

Do you think I will meet the 67 points to get into EE pool?
!

Okay. I tried the CRS tool my total was 416
If I score the following in IELTS S =7.5-9 , L=8.5-9 , R=8.0-9 , W=7.5-9. But adding nomination from Province gives me extra 600 increasing my total to 1016.
I am 25/6 , Single with a bsc in maths stats unilag, 2yrs working experience in an IT firm . What will be your advise. Thanks

People rarely talk about job offers because, getting job from outside Canada, with their LMIA scheme, is like taking a camel through the hole of a needle. Jobs may be arranged for you over there, but it won't fetch you any extra points except it is backed by the LMIA report. But again, there is nothing God cannot do. It's possible but difficult.[/quote]Okay. I tried the CRS tool my total was 416

Experienced heads please can you be more detailed with the cost of running this FEW EE. I am aware that the following require cash
1- IELTS tuition feee
2- Sending your credentials to WES for evaluation ,
3- About $12,200 Proof Of Fund
4- six- months bank statement.
5- Medical check up
6- Police report
Etc

But along the line i read an artcle online which stated that after getting ITA there's a non refundable fee to be paid to CIC and also to your Province of choice . Please i need clarification on this issue . Please!

Gymme:
You said you have evaluated your credentials but i'm not sure how you did that and why you wanna send your transcript to WES after doing that.
Unfortunately, you may not be able to create a profile for EE on CIC until you have sat for IELTS and gotten a result.
As per PNP, you could check if you qualify or will qualify for the categories in BC. Here is the BC PNP link:

https://www.welcomebc.ca/Immigrate-to-B-C/B-C-Provincial-Nominee-Program
@Gymme I evaluated my credentials myself using the CRS point ststem as a bsc degree has a certain point so does PhD.Also Does CIC have a yearly calendar for someone to know exactly when to start registration , expect ITA results...etc or are the dates randomly selected because m permutating when exactly to commence my EE
