Nice one. I want to start doing it everyday. Maybe in the evening I take a long walk. My kind of job doesn't make me go out often. I hardly go out, unless on Sundays or to go buy some things I need.

I work from and I spend tons of time time sitting. I've created an hour - 30 minutes for for exercise daily.

6am I'm out jogging for 45 minutes, from there straight to gym for 30 minutes, then walk home. By 7 or 7:30 I'm done, take my bath and I'm ready for the day.

It's all about dedication... Prior to this, I use to fall sick almost every 3 months. I can't even talk about the waist and body pain I used to battle with everyday.

Ever since I started exercising for 2 years I've not fall sick for once and all pains are gone.

The money is moved directly from the op account to the POS account, there's nothing you can do, all tracking will end at the POS account.

The only possibility of catching the hacker is if by luck the tracking was done the same day and the POS agent by miracle knows who withdraw that amount of money that same day.

If tracking is done a week or even 3 days later, I will be almost impossible for POS agent to remember.

To make Semovita, l take some Small quantity, put it inside a small bowl 🥣 of cold water, and l will stir it and keep it aside.

Meanwhile, my Water is boiling on my Gas cooker in a bowl 🥣.

I will now transfer the cold Semovita into the boiling water and began to stir it gently, while stirring it, l will be adding the powdered Semo gradually until it gets to the Kind of thickness that I want.

I can also add a little water, while I have turned it to some level of thickness, cover it on a low heat.

And that is it , you have a well prepared Semovita that goes with ogbono , egusi bitter leaf soup or nsala soup or ofe Owerri or Afang soup loaded with chicken Turkey, kpanla , Kpomo etc ooooooooo mucheche Hahaha 😂

What technique do you use to get yours perfectly?

If you've live in the Northern part of Nigeria, making semo won't be problem.


Use this technique:
Once the water on fire has boiled, fetch a handful of semo and mix it with water (not the hot water) stir it till it's smooth, then turn it into the hot water you had on fire and stir for a minute. Cover it and let it boil for a minute or 2, then star adding your semo bit by bit and stir as you add until you have the texture you want (soft or hard), then add a little water, cover it and let it cook for 2-5 minutes so it can cook properly.


With this method your semo will never be seedy

The hackers might have spent all the money by now and there's 1000% possibility the Kudak account might be of a POS operator. Hackers will not transfer money directly to their own account knowing it will link back to them.

Recovering such money will be tracking the Kudak account and if it's a POS then it's a dead-end.

Unless its huge amount, the stress isn't worth it.
