You are right on the condition that you are amongst the 1% who can afford the basic needs without problems . Saying this with 70k minimum wage salary is on another level. I did reject opportunity to travel to the west not because I don't like it but because I was comfortable at the time it came. If I was a struggler I would jump at the offer.

Unfortunately, school in naija now, is about acquiring certificates by sorting your way for grade and nothing more. Even employers know what is going on, so they most times prefer the people that school abroad

Employee now employs base experience, dem no send Nigeria degrees again.

I have a friend that owns a job sorting company, he told me 95% of employees that reached out to him don't care about degree, they want experience.

They will rather a secondary school certificate holder with 5 years of experience in the field than a fresh university graduate

I wish argue with you until I subscribed to Airtel data last week, that was when I realized MTN are r0bbers.

I sub MTN daily data 7gb at N1800, that 7gb I can't stream 1 hour movie on Netflix without it disappearing and I have to sub again.

When I tried Airtel for the first time, I only bought 1gb at N500.... I stream movies for over 40 minutes before it got exhausted... The same 1gb on MTN won't stream me 4k movies for 10 minutes.

My wife was 22 yrs when i married her. I was over 4 years older. I wanted a small low key wedding but wifey wouldn't have it. So we spend moderately.
