Let's be frank, the LASG is too lax. How did sand filling get to that level and they are not aware of it? If Lagos claim to be a mega city, they should start acting like it.

It doesn't have to get to demolition stage before the LASG get on top of matters. If this guy in the video didn't blow the whistle, houses will be built on that canal, rented out or sold, then the government will come with the bulldozer. It's embarrassing and shouldn't have to be.
