sokera:That is a lie. Olu Falae was AD's candidate while Obasanjo was PDP's candidate. Both of them are from the SW. Ogbonnaya Onu also made way for Olu Falae, so you have no point |
SARSCoV2:So Kalu thinks the best solution is to throw his support behind someone who is not willing to support an Igbo presidency. And foolish enough to believe that the same person that denied you presidency today, will be willing to offer you the presidency 8 years down the line. Thank God Igbos are a lot wiser than that |
I support Clark on this issue. The major point being that Kalu is the only Igboman that is supporting someone not from the south. That is something massive and should be dealt with. He mustn't be allowed to get away with this betrayal by throwing up this feeble smokescreen. So he wants to reward those that don't want to stand down for an Igbo president. Why support the senate president, whose actions already shows he is not in support of an Igbo president? Tomorrow, OUK will get up and start wanting to lead me, a full-blooded Anambra man and a hardcore Umu Nri nigga. |
drlateef:The SE voted for OBJ in both the 1999 and 2003 presidential elections |
JANK23H:But Abacha was from Borno state. That's a well known fact |
JANK23H:Kanuri people are not from Kano. They are from Borno state. Ojukwu grew up mainly in Lagos. That doesn't make him a Yoruba man. |
muhyeenisce:Why shouldn't he be miles away from them, when he has urine in his diapers? |
JANK23H:Abacha was from the NE. So the SE is still the most marginalised |
Abacha was definitely a Kanuri man, but grew up in Kano. Ultimately, he was a NE man |
Poloyanabo2:That is because Igboids who are really the majority in Rivers state, were heavily in PDP. Ikwerres alone cannot hold down Rivers state. They will have to do it with the other Igboids. Kalabaris alone cannot hold down Rivers state. They will have to do it with the other Ijoids, cooperation from a few Igboid and Ogoni clans Ogonis alone cannot hold down Rivers state. They will also need cooperation from a few Igboid and Ijoid clans That is why it would have been wise, if Ijoids empathized with Obigbo people when Wike was massacring them. That would have been a welcome move, that could get the Igboids to consider an Ijoid governor. |
Lothaire:But I thought you guys keep claiming you chose these Igboid governors of Rivers state. Why are you now claiming it was Igbos from the SE that kept bringing into power? And to make matters worse, you keep making unnecessary political miscalculations in Rivers state. When Wike was massacring Obigbo people, instead of empathizing with the Igbos being killed, you lot were mocking the Obigbo people being killed and supporting Wike. Imagine if you had sided with them, this would have been the time to cash that political cheque. You could have boldly gone to the Igboids and negotiate for an Ijoid governorship of the state. The Igboids would have acquiesced, at least to compensate you for the support they got from you in their trying time. |
Poloyanabo2:You pick someone who is likely to win. Odili wouldn't have won, if he didn't have the support of the uplanders. Ask yourself why Ijaws haven't picked an Ijaw man to govern. It needs cooperation with other ethnic nationalities of Rivers state. Ijoids cannot win the governorship without first reaching out to other ethnicities and building political bridges |
Poloyanabo2:If Ijaws are the largest ethnic cluster, how come no Ijaw man has ever been the governor of Rivers state since 1999 ? You are seriously overestimating the Ijaw influence in Rivers state. And btw, Bonny and Opobo/Nkoro are peopled by people, majority of whom do not consider themselves, descended from the Ijaws. Ijaws will need to get into alliance with other people, most especially the Igboids and the Ogoni people, to be able to elect a governor of Ijoid stock |
Tonitoniton:They don't have the power to subdue Ikwerre people in Rivers state. There are also no Ijaws in Rivers state, unless you are talking about the Kalabaris and Okrikans e.t.c. This will not work, because if Ikwerre people notice any gang-up, Ikwerres will try and gang-up with the Igboids of Rivers state. |
Ijoh:Ijaws don't have what it takes to affect Wike. It is the Igbos that can seriously harm him politically |
Christistruth00:But the Fulani terrorists were there in the forests, killing, maiming and raping, while the Fulani-led federal government looked the other way, and won't even declare them as terrorists. The east was peaceful until Buhari came in and started his wickedness and brutality against the Igbos. If Fulani terrorists are slaughtered in eastern forests, it was Buhari that instigated it. His wickedness towards the Igbos is bearing fruit. What goes around, comes around. Brutality can be two-sided. That is what Buhari's Fulani terrorist brothers are experiencing in Igbo forests. I am not even a supporter of Kanu, as I don't think he has what it takes to lead the struggle. I have made this point clear, for many years. He has his skills, but leading me is not one of them. |
Christistruth00:I'm sure you are already aware that the killings in the SE are being organised by Fulani-run DSS. Otherwise how come it is only government sympathisers that publish these gory videos? Or you mean to tell me IPOB is paid by Buhari to allow Buhari's cameras into where these gory crimes are being committed. These atrocities are clearly being organised by Buhari, APC and the Fulani-controlled DSS. They are the only ones with these gory videos and they churn them out regularly and publish always. Thank God these western nations are wise to this. Even Buhari that hardly speaks when calamity befalls Nigerians all of a sudden, found his voice in their latest orchestrated attempt to rubbish IPOB. Even without investigation, Buhari went public with the usual IPOD DID IT mantra. It was clearly a script being written and acted out by Fulani rulers of Nigeria. Unfortunately for Buhari, Britain saw through it, and are not about to declare IPOB a terrorist organisation. I must say that all these, were made possible by the poor leadership and foresight of a clear mediocre, that goes by the name MNK. |
Christistruth00:Fulani terrorists were killing and raping people. Many went after just Fulani terrorists |
Christistruth00:Today, in the UK, there is no arrest warrant, with Kanu's name on it. Adeyinka Grandson is just a genocidist that deserves spending the rest of his life in jail |
Christistruth00:If a policeman or a soldier comes to kill you unlawfully, that is a crime and you have the right to defend yourself. There is ample proof that the Nigerian government security forces have been killing peaceful IPOB protesters for many years. The international community won't even take the Nigerian government side on these issues. That is why the US and the UK are unlikely to declare IPOB a terrorist group |
Christistruth00:Buying guns to protect your ethnic group from terrorist Fulani herdsmen is not a crime. It is self-defence and the UK government won't even sanction IPOB for this. That is why the UK government came out openly to claim that they did not declare IPOB a terrorist group. |
Yenefer:I want the pipe to be laid from the gulf of Guinea all about around the Atlantic coast of West Africa to Europe. I don't want it through the Sahara to avoid Fulani terrorists blowing them up |
christistruth01:Committing violence is different from what you described. I think 99% of IPOB members will qualify for asylum. This in itself means that UK recognizes that Nigeria is committing crimes against humanity on IPOB members, otherwise Britain will not think of granting them asylum. That is really the major indictment |
So basically IPOB and massob members qualified for for asylum, except if they are violent |
Tranquill:As I wrote earlier on, there was no ESN or ugm when Wike massacred Obigbo people. Police and military men were also killed in Lagos and Benin in the aftermath of the Lekki massacre, but the governors of those states did not ask for the military to be deployed to kill their citizens. Wike masterminded the massacre of Obigbo people, which eventually led to the formation of ESN. So Wike's actions caused the creation of both ESN and ugm |
Tranquill:Wike was just trying to undermine the ENDSARS movement and to try and be in the good graces of his Fulani boyfriends |
OyigboUpdate:It was after the obigbo killings that igm and resn were born. Wike's action helped to create both groups |
She looks more Igbo. She doesn't look Fulani at all |
midolian:But the commit terrorism in the UK, killing British soldiers in the name of Allah |
The real cultists members of Fulani APC's UGM led by Simon Ekpa. |
ViperAda:First of all, you already know that APC is not winning the next governorship election in Imo state. ThTo at immediately puts the spanner in your works. To make matters worse, a Fulani man is unlikely to take over from Buhari. The icing on the cake being that Igbo youths are gradually wising up to the fact that they have most of the gas resources in Nigeria. In a few years time, they will start asserting this fact, thus making it a difficult proposition to tap Igbo gas without dire consequences. The gas that is heading to Kaduna and Kano are being tapped from Itsekiri areas. They well know not to insult the Igbos by constructing pipelines from Igboland to Kano. See how they started first by training Igbo youths. A multiplicity of gas outlets in the east will follow. |
