Abagworo:What Soludonsaidbwasbin order. A few months ago, Umahi mad a disparaging remark about Biafra and ebonyi and nothing happened. The fact that Anambrarians are not the hoodlums, but mainly people from other states, is something that shouldn't be happening. Soludo has already offered them an olive branch. Already the main IPOB body seems to be in good terms with Soludo. They can carry on. Others will join. Currently Soludo is against ugm. He has nothing against IPOB |
The most likely suspects are Tinubu and Osibanjo. I doubt Buhari has a hand in this particular episode |
Tinubuadvocate:But the picture you displayed is that of an Igbo man wearing Yoruba clothes. |
Ndimkpurummiri:ESN has been killing some of those Fulani terrorists thankfully. |
Both Osibanjo and Buhari are to be blamed for this tragedy. As the president, Buhari should be made aware of FEC decisions, especially in situations where he is still the president. Traveling abroad is not an excuse worthy of mentioning, in situations of this nature. If decisions have been taken that contravene the inner convictions of Buhari, such issues can be looked at again, in future FEC meetings. So while Osibanjo is neck deep in this tragedy, as he was the person that presided over a meeting where pointless concerns were being raised about the brand of equipment (a technical concern that should be handled by BPP) in spite of the fact that the contract proposal also had BPP certification. Buhari gets the lion share of blame though, as the head of this incompetent bunch |
Ndimkpurummiri:Fulani and DSS brought terrorism to the southeast. A few days after Buhari commenced as the president in 2015, he relocated some Boko Haram prisoners to the southeast, in an attempt to start associating terrorism with the south east. I know you people want us to forget this first salvo. To make matters worse, Buhari and Fulani-controlled security forces starting firing live bullets at peaceful IPOB protesters, who were carrying placards upandan the SE and some areas of the SS. The straw that broke the camel's back being the massacre of Ndoki youths in Obigbo, carried out by Fulani-controlled security forces, with the green light supplied by Wike. We cannot forget the rampaging Fulani herdsmen that have been killing eastern farmers sporadically. Now we are also aware of the DSS-UGM which is clearly a Fulani outfit that has been adding to the insecurity in the south east. So both Buhari and Fulanis are not vindicated |
hisexcellency34:He has already done funny things to Tinubu, and made Tinubu a huge joke. Oya, go and impeach him |
christistruth01:I marvel at your level of illiteracy. Now check out what the minister of state for petroleum said less than a year ago https://www.businessamlive.com/imo-holds-over-200-trillion-cubic-feet-gas-deposits/ I am sure you know Imo state is not a part of Bayelsa state. From the article the minister made it quite clear that Imo state has over 200 trillion cubic feet of gas. Bayelsa state does not even have one-tenth of that. The one in Anambra is also orders of magnitude above the gas levels of Bayelsa state. After reading this article, you can now get back to the article on DPR's website. I believe it will make more sense to you now. But please in the future, if you wanna argue with me, try and upgrade your knowledge |
christistruth01:I know it must be painful for you lot. Below is DPR's website, with their commentary on the gas reserves of Nigeria https://ngfcp.dpr.gov.ng/about-us/historical-background/ A snippet of it is pasted below. Pay attention to the bolded Oil and gas production in Nigeria dates back to 1958, when the first oil discovery well was drilled in Oloibiri (present day Bayelsa State, Niger Delta Region). A noticeable increase in gas production commenced in the early 1970s, ultimately rising above 2.7 bscf/d by 1979. By this time, a domestic market had been created for the consumption of produced gas in the eastern part of the country, close to the gas source. Since 1990 gas production has steadily increased with daily production rising above 8.2 bscf/d in 2015. |
christistruth01:You are obviously ignorant of what is happening in the gas sector. Gas is predominantly in eastern Nigeria. Especially situated in Igbo areas of the SE and SS. The majority of it lie in the SE though. |
PressMyButton:The level of illiteracy in you, boggles the mind. To start with, when you click on the link you posted, the title of the page reads clearly "NIGERIAN GAS FLARE COMMERCIALIZATION PROGRAMME" Now, if your illiteracy will allow you, scroll down to the GAS FLARE section and ask and intelligent person around you to interpret it for you. A few things to take on board once you read that section are 1. All Associated Gas (AG) was routinely flared and disposed-off into the atmosphere during the early days of oil production in Nigeria. 2. This practice of flaring 100% of AG lasted until the commencement of gas supplies to industrial users in Aba in 1963. In spite of this early source of utilisation and other government schemes, over 95% of AG was routinely flared over the next 15 years. 3. Despite the intervention of the government, gas flaring increased sharply in the 1970s due to increased oil production that was triggered by higher international crude oil prices. Conversely the slowdown of crude oil production in the 1980s brought about a reduction in AG production and gas flaring. At the dip of production in 1987, flaring of AG had dropped from over 95% to 70%. 4. It was the commencement of production at the Nigeria LNG plant, however, that brought about a major leap in gas flare reductions in Nigeria. Since 1999, a variety of gas utilisation schemes and regulatory interventions forced gas flaring down to the current position of 11.4%. The ultimate goal for the government is to eliminate routine gas flaring by 2020, with unavoidable gas flaring limited to 2% of total gas production. All the points above tally with my initial statement, that the Nigerian gas was majorly flared until recently (the last few decades) Also Aba is not even 1% of Igboland, so most of our electricity needs was (and possibly is still) being supplied dams. Now to further lecture you, oil boom happened during the 70s when the military was still in power. It was around this time that Gowon said that Nigeria had the cash, but didn't know what to do with it, or something to that effect. Oil boom did not occur during the Babangida era. It was Babangida that brought in Structural Adjustment Programme (SAP). Please next time that you want to argue with me, try and upgrade your intellect. Lastly, I still maintain that 95% of gas reserves in Nigeria, are in Igboland. Igboland of the SE and SS. Of course majority of those gas reserves are in the Igbo territories of the SE. |
PressMyButton:Gas in the SS was/is being flared. It is only of recent that government is considering not flaring them Electricity in Nigeria in the 70s, 80s and 90s has been majorly from dams. The SE did not benefit from the oil boom period. Every other region benefitted. As God will have it, Igbos have about 95% of the gas reserves of Nigeria. We must get the lion's share of benefits from it. |
rightdata:What's the shape of his head? |
Fahdiga:And that is exactly what is happening. |
jmoore:That is a major pointer to the fact that those carrying out the violence are members of the Fulani-controlled DSS killer squads. There intention is to keep this fake violence in the Southeast. That serves Buhari's purposes |
Tingotoe:Ummmm you're probably giving some of these gunmen ideas. They may consider relocating their violence, following your advice |
Echoban:So Osibanjo's choice was to endanger the lives of travelers by not bringing up an alternative to what Amaechi planned. Osibanjo's solution was to indirectly aid in the killing of innocent passengers, because the company had never done a big contract before. Osibanjo still has to show us the commissioner position he took on, before he was brought in as a commissioner by Tinubu. So now you want me to trust Tinubu's judgement? The same man that told us that Buhari was the best thing since sliced bread. What makes you think Tinubu's decisions are not completely warped, following his recommendation that Nigerians should vote for Buhari? |
Echoban:With the bolded, you are still making my point. The company started on a low level. Now got a chance for this higher-paying federal job. The company was RECOMMENDED by a federal minister and a former governor by the name of Chibuike Amaechi. Otherwise you are trying to tell me that Tinubu's recommendation should be considered more informed, than Amaechi's recommendation. A mere commissioner position is nothing compared with being the vice president of a nation, but Osibanjo was allowed to be the VP. Osibanjo did not disqualify himself from the VP job because he'd never been the VP before. |
buckeyemedia:Hey cabal ass-licker. Am I annoying you by exposing your ways? Every intelligent person knows that the fault of the terrorist killings of those unfortunate train passengers lies squarely on Buhari, but you guys are here trying to confuse the weak-minded. Osibanjo and Amaechi are left holding the can, while the real culprit that has played active roles in protecting terrorists, is allowed to slip through the net |
Echoban:Before Osibanjo served as a commissioner, he had no record of being a commissioner of justice. You are still making my point |
Maxymilliano:. Osibanjo had no record of being a vice president before he was elected into the office in 2015. There is always a first time for everything. My concern is that, after the VP asked his question, nothing was put in place, that answers that question. Everyone abandoned the security of passengers. And by the way, this report is really meant to exonerate Buhari. It really has nothing to do with Amaechi and Osibanjo. They are just puns being used by the cabal, to throw a smokescreen that conveniently shields the president from responsibility of this massive tragedy. |
Penguin2:Yes, he was in APGA then |
peacettw:Nwanne mmadu, ighotalu ije. The fact that Obiano played a major part in ensuring the smooth election of Soludo into office, has made Obiano a little higher on the scales for me. Soludo has always been the wish of Anambrarians, and as Obiano respected that wish, as far as I am concerned, he has leapfrogged Peter Obi. Let us not forget that Obiano had to work within the confines of a messed up economy by the Buhari-Osibanjo regime, so we shouldn't expect any major miracles from him. I promise you, if Buhari was in charge when Peter Obi was the governor, Obi would have done much worse than Obiano. Now while Peter Obi and Willi Obiano did relatively very well as governors, when compared with their peers, Anambra deserves governors of the Soludo mould. Perhaps people like Kingsley Muoghalu and such people |
betshopagent:Victor Umeh was not the person that came up with the zoning formula in an attempt to make Soludo ineligible for that election. It was done by Peter Obi. That Victor Umeh recommended Obiano is neither here nor there. Peter Obi showed that his self-interest was seemingly above the wellbeing of Ndi Anambra, as he supported Obiano's emergence because Obiano was a director in a bank that Peter Obi has a huge share in. |
Penguin2:Peter Obi foisted Obiano on Anambrarians, and made sure Soludo did not emerge. Soludo is already proving to be far better than Peter Obi, in spite of having access to fewer resources |
PressMyButton:Grandson was extremely anti-Igbo so he had to bite the dust. He had ample opportunities to change his ways, but opted to carry on his idiocy IPOB members are being considered for asylum in European countries, because the world is slightly aware of the anti-Igbo slant of the Nigerian Government. Having said the above, both Nnamdi Kanu and his disciple Simon Ekpa are not intelligent enough or intellectually equipped to lead a race as great as the Igbos. Their radio rabble-rousing is a clear testimony to that. If their radio leadership is not enough, the most foolish decision to visit Kenya, a country that allowed the extraordinary rendition of the overall Kurdish leader to Turkey just a few years ago, should be an eye-opener even to the blind as to the gross incompetence of Kanu's leadership. This is someone that wants to be taking decisions for intelligent Igbos. God forbid. |
GEJ. was quite cowardly |
basilo101:Fulanis and Yorubas have ruined Nigeria. This world Bank report is quite damning and the timelines it uses are quite revealing. Because of Fulani and Yoruba leadership, world poverty capital, is now one of the negative appendages that Nigeria is being ascribed with. |
Okonjo Iweala was the coordinating minister and pretty Arunma Oteh was holding it down in SEC. GEJ's government was vastly superior to the current Fulani/Yoruba-run Nigeria. Never forget also that it was during GEJ's government that Nigeria became Africa's largest economy |
LegendHero:I can assure you, you guys are not catching any cruise whatsoever. In fact, the drug pusher'sSWAGA group are having sleepless nights throwing inconsequential tantrums at Buhari for contemplating a consensus candidate that will obviously kick Tinubu's aspirations to the curb. Your Jagaban will have to show us how good he is. Unfortunately for him, Nigeria no be Lagos. As for your people and their known physical ugliness, I expect you are as ugly as your heart, with that ashy black finish, cone-headed topping and scratched-faced. |
LegendHero:I know you are a little uncomfortable with the threat to Tinubu's pissfull presidential hustle. As a matter of fact, I'm not even a fan of MNK, so I don't know what you are on about. Tell your fellow terrorist Fulani Muslim DSS people to stop killing and burning down properties in the east. We Igbos put Soludo there. We are happy with him and we expect him to do well, in spite of the fact that Osibanjo has run the Nigerian economy aground, and Buhari has destroyed the security of the nation. |
Rugaria:You even forgot to mention they were the people that imposed Buhari on Nigerians, all as a way of keeping Nigeria down and being led by dunces. Can you see why Buhari immediately supported them in condemning Russia, without first looking into the matter and taking a stand that enhances Nigeria's prospects. |
