ASUU said that their demands from Federal government should be extended to state universities, when it is obviously obvious that state universities are funded by their respective states and not Federal government.

So if the demands are to be met by the states, either the states demands more allocation from the Federal government which is highly unlikely, then hiking the tuition fee is the alternative.

If you look at the way things are going, Ihedioha has increasingly alienated himself from Imo people with his flagrant pro Atiku/fulani stance. While it's obvious that he's helping the man who made him, it's very discomforting that he chose to dramatize such support at this time that Buhari and APC have succeeded in riling up a lot of people in the east.

Again, Hope Uzodimma has basically utilized state funds to hyjack the power apparatus in the whole state. He basically controls most of the political structures of the main parties in the state, including that of the Labor Party! You now have a situation in Imo State where almost all the political parties in the state , eat from the governors palm. How can the intended change at the governors house happen then?

While the people of Imo State are desperate to shake off Hope Uzodimma, the fact remains that the political class in the state are not helping matters. The PDP is just another side of the APC in Imo State. There's not much difference between Hope Uzodimma and Emeka Ihedioha.
