Down here, English is the lingua franca; we bear English names and speak English to communicate with different tribes even though we have our own native languages so that example bears no relationship with what we are discussing here, like I was saying in point (2)

I've reported this OgaBuhari / emptycontenthead guy twice and so has Midnighter at least once I know of yet here he is tormenting another young lady. Look at her reply to him. I've come across at least 2 complaints against this guy by different women. Funny thing is he was using 2 different monikers back then and so the women were confused as to who was who. But this is one person with the same pattern.

Now what should be done about this guy? Report again or leave him to roam free? Lol, have you never heard that cyber-bullying causes depression and even suicide? The moderators can only ban erring members on the board which he/she moderates. In my case, I moderate the Jobs/Vacancies board. However the supermods like D0minique, Mynd444 e.t.c can ban erring members across all boards. Same applies to the administrator, As you already called them out, they will look into and do the needful. You should send a mail to the supermods on this as well.
