SmartPolician:

This is how people fail exams, turn around and blame their lecturers. Answer a simple question and you are here telling a needless story.

To answer the question, I don't think the United States should be used as a benchmark because that country is very rich and we don't operate a dollar economy here. People can afford to pay that in the US, but we cannot.

Come to think of it, we don't import the raw materials we use to generate power. We have gas reserves in Nigeria and hydrothermal energy comes from dams.

How do Ivory Coast and Ghana enjoy steady power? Do they pay up to that? If they don't, we don't have any reason to. ECOWAS subregional countries share so much in common. What works for A should work for B. Those countries should be our yardstick, not almighty America!
The government is always more interested in increasing tariffs up and down, they should go first and study how Ghana and Ivory Coast generate steady power before pegging prices
Check below and compare how much Nigeria pays, and the two countries boast of steady light
1. Ghana
2. Ivory Coast
Bro forget this country, no remedy

How can someone work with you for 32 yrs and he has no access to his international passport. It's slavery in any guise. By the time he was joining he would have been an already grown up man .
Sure it's slavery, even a civil servant retires after 35 years of service with huge gratuity, pension and other on-the-job perks. Nevertheless, except he was blindfolded or expecting a settlement at the end, waiting for 32 years to act and speak up is too much bro!!

This cry-out will make K1 back out if at all this man is being threatened.
His frustration is having worked for 32 years and had nothing to show for it, which may not be his Boss's fault but his lifestyle, mentality and associations.

Even if K1 is not treating you good, why wait for 32 years to realise yourself ?

seguntijan:

Not within my purview but the Chief of Staff is my Leader, Boss and Mentor and I owe it as duty to fumigate the atmosphere of lies/half-truths and to defend his personal integrity.

Budget of the office of the Chief of Staff in the last 5yrs

2020: ₦24.35 million
2021: ₦76.55 million
2022: ₦526.47 million
2023: ₦517.95 million
2024*: ₦21.22 billion

What they won't tell you is that major capital Renovation of National assets were captured in this allocation;

The Renovation of Dodan Barracks Presidential Lodge - ₦5 billion is captured.

--Renovation of Vice President Quarters in Lagos - ₦5 billion Is equally captured.

--Full Digitization of the entire State House and Lagos State Offices and Quarters - ₦10 billion

2024 Budget:
Overhead: ₦698.1m
Capital: ₦20.5bn
Femi Gbajabiamila's purse - Nil.

Even God as Commander in Chief of the Republic of Heaven, Satan and his camp still felt elections have consequences and revolted against the Almighty, how much more Asiwaju and his lieutenants. It is the President's job to ensure he delivers on his manifesto, but the job of making haters happy is solely theirs.

Good Evening Severally..
Seems you're bereft of idea, these things you listed were personally captured in the budget not under Gbaja office.
You know no say your leader been dey too money conscious even when he was the speaker?

You sound deluded bro, since Binance paused their services in Nigeria, what has happened to the economy? What has happened to Naira??
You're not intelligent at all, and your dunce counterparts are also hailing you!
The ruling class and the senators you defend are the ones sabotaging the economy not the common man on the street, or those in Binance. Imagine padding a whole country's budget with trillions and you're looking for sabotage in Binance.
Jokes apart, if they didn't get it right by the next few months, you will see naira at 2,000, and fuel at 1,000!

But when the NLC Chairman says the same thing and protests at FG's lackadaisical approach, Agbado supporters will term him "political" and claim he wants to sabotage Tinubu's government.
I wonder how some people think, It is very clear that "real" inflation is close to 100% and salaries are still the same; Are you expecting the NLC chairman to keep quiet when the govt is not sticking to dialogues and signed agreements?

Business / Re: ‘How CBN Can Track $26bn Binance Transactions’ - Obinna Iwuno by ogaontop(m): 10:51pm On Mar 06
ivolt:
The writer has been fooled. He thinks he can help CBN on a goose chase.

The $26 billion is a figment of Cardoso's imagination.
They needed a scapegoat for the falling Naira and they found
Binance a good spot because some group of idiots kept posting Binance's USDT
rates as the true exchange rate even though we know that USDT is not
dollar and you don't need dollar to buy USDT.

With the fact that Binance has been banned in several western and anti-Chinese
countries, the CBN latched on to it and label the platform the face of evil.

If the CBN believes that Binance determines Naira exchange rate, all it need do is
to push its own agents or make deal with some BDC to register on the platform and
manipulatively sell at the lower "true" rate so those quoting the rate will be forced to adapt or leave.
It could alsoe have secretly pressured Binance to remove or limit the activities of the "manipulators".
Binance did about a million dollar-Naira transactions per day. Imagine if the CBN opened its
own kiosk to generate $1 million USDT at the true rate, the "manipulators", would run out of business
or be forced to sell at the "true" rate.

But the government needed the theatrics, an external scapegoat that people could curse and attack for the bad economy.
It is all showmanship.

In a few months, the whole Binance issue will not be mentioned anymore and it will be quietly retired.
We won't get any update about the $26 billion or the owners again after that.
And if they refuse to get the economy right, the naira will keep falling and those they brainwashed will forget there was a time they blamed binance for the fall.
I do not know how some people reason, believing Binance is the problem; when the dollar-to-naira demand ratio is about 1:10 and about 30 trillion was printed from nowhere, why will the naira not fall?
In Buhari's administration, is Binance not in operation? You hurriedly announced a naira deregulation without putting the right things in place, now you're looking for a scapegoat!
This is not my wish, but if these guys don't get things right, Naira could fall even more than the pre-crypto and Binance ban!!

Since Israel mentioned it by himself that he met her a virgin, has anyone come out to say he has had sex with her before? How many EX don come out to counter him? Her mother got pregnant at 18, she might not want the same fate
Again, HOW MANY MEN HAVE COME OUT TO SAY THEY HAVE HAD SEX WITH HER BEFORE MARRIAGE?
1. For the fact that no man came out to speak doesn't make her a virgin, if she slept with a married man, do you think the man would come out to speak and destroy his home? (NB: I am not judging her because she might also be a real virgin o)
2. For the fact that someone is a virgin doesn't rule out the fact that she maybe unfaithful, all LovePeddler.s were once virgins.
3. Her reactions and how she talks don't show "virgin-like" decency!
