You're very right with your submissions, but even in your own case, it depends on the circumstances, you might have some big plans or project that exceeds what physical cash will cater for; and the timing too -someone that took a long live to complete a task might do everything possible to get it done because it may take another long year to have that kind of opportunity again!!
