Celebrities / Re: The Wife I Married As A Virgin Complained I Wasn’t Satisfying Her - Israel DMW by ogaontop(m): 12:01pm On Mar 06
Pepperdemisback:

What's this one saying? The world is so corrupt that they now see virginity as a curse or taboo.
She married at 21, so it is too much to be a virgin at 21? Na wa!
The mother got pregnant of her at 18 and had her at 19. What if she decides to be more careful than her mother?
Do you know any ex that has come out to say he had sex with her? Did anybody ask Israel before he mentioned he met her as a virgin?
If truly she wasn't a virgin, that's the first punch Israel should have thrown. Have you heard him call her out for that?
21 years old cannot be a virgin? You mean no person of that age in your family is a virgin? Na wa!
This World is so corrupt!
Do you think you will know when women artificialize their virginity?
A girl my friend has mercilessly bleeped, has her husband confessing to family members that she's a virgin!
My guy momentarily passed out when he heard the confession!!

You're clearly not the direct importer of these vehicles. You're just marketing them for someone else.

I'm aware of the depreciating Naira, but 2010 RX350 as of February isn't up to 15m not to talk of 19.

If you're selling it for 19m, how much would your sell the 2012 version of the car, 30m? what about the 2017 model...?

Oga your prices are outrageous biko.

Watch the video below the guy is even asking for 10.5m for it. Tokumbo.

I guess he is richer than Dangotr and Bezoz. Please find the woman and quote her. We are aware their are women that stay through it all and some don't. It is obvious which I was on about. So keep this mansplaining to yourself.
Of course his wealth is very far away from those you mentioned, but what does the woman do? She's solely dependent!
What does Regina Daniels want as a 6th wife?
Even Ooni of Ife has 5 wives, when women agree to be numbered up to 5th, 6th, 7th, e.t.c, what kind of respect are they expecting? Or Are Ned Nwoko and Ooni richer than those you mentioned?
These men that married many wives started from cheating till it became a marriage!

PS: Women cheat quite a lot but silently, a big laboratory clinic in my area released 59 - 41percent positive-negative statistics of DNA tests conducted in 2023.
Who's responsible for the negative 41%?
Maybe its the fault of their husbands, right? Maybe dem no sabi do!!

Trust me... Even women don't truly forgive.

Most simply choose to gloss over the hurt and pain! They simply make the hard choice to remain when they weigh other options and find them unattractive.

They bury that pain, till the need to use it arises. lipsrsealed

Living with such women is worse than being divorced! The day they will make you pay, it won't be funny.

It is pure arrogance and ego of men to actually believe infidelity is their natural entitlement that women have to get used to.

This is how many of such men get destroyed eventually.
You're so damn right!!
Women don't forget those things especially when you're young in the relationship.
As for the older men, they see you as an irresponsible man and will boldly tell you they stayed back because of the children.
Many smart men that cheat will never agree to that except you catch them red-handed, even when you have all the evidence!
Women's are the worst, some will even chose to die than to agree except you catch them red-handed!
Religion / Re: "If You Catch Your Wife Cheating & Forgive Her, Her Respect For You Will Go" by ogaontop(m): 9:39am On Mar 02
pocohantas:
Works both ways. Men do not respect the wives they cheat on and they only become more brazen with each forgiveness. Recently we are seeing a high rate of separation and divorce over the same things our mothers endured. It wouldn't stop until everyone fixes up.

NL argument in defense of cheating males can't change the number of divorce cases at family courts.

Women of these days have actually commodified relationship and sex that when a man makes and gives you money, he thinks he has done all and at liberty to do what he wishes.
In a case currently, the husband cheats and has even asked the wife to leave the home instead of constantly enduring his recklessness, the woman refused to leave, accusing him of trying to marry another wife, why? He's excessively rich!!

What happens to expressing your feelings to your man before you think of cheating?
That's how women go about manipulating men with weak psychology!

You really do not get it.

By not having any operating license in Nigeria, that itself means that they have breached Nigeria's financial regulations by even operating within Nigeria and listing our currency!

Do you even know the implications of that?

You must have heard that United States impose punitive sanctions on banks like UBS AG Switzerland, BNP Paribas SA France. You'd also recall that USA FBI went after Hushpupi. Did you ever ask yourself what gives US the powers and jurisdiction to fine or arrest those people?

https://www.cnn.com/2023/07/24/business/credit-suisse-ubs-archegos-fined/index.html

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/monkey-cage/wp/2014/06/30/an-8-9-billion-fine-shows-that-foreign-banks-evade-u-s-laws-at-their-peril/

If you go and use the US dollars for any transaction outside US soil that violates the US laws against such use, including attempting to use it to manipulate another country's currency pegged against the US dollars, the US SEC will assume jurisdiction immediately and fine you. If you are not registered in Nigeria and you are using your platform to manipulate Nigeria's currency value using the US dollars, you'd have problems with US and Nigeria. Incase you are not aware, Binance ex-CEO is awaiting jail sentence in the US for money laundering. Then let it be established that Binance was used for terrorism financing.

You can imagine what the US would do to them.

Please make una dey try read. It is tiring to be explaining these basic things to apparently educated people.
Hahaha, you need to top up your crypto knowledge bro!
1. Do you even know that USDT is not the same as USD?
2. The US is already regulating cryptocurrency and has strict laws on crypto
3. Which Nigerian law is regulating crypto?
4. Do you know USDT can be traded against USD itself and every other world currency in Binance?
5. Do you also know how many lawsuits those that floated USDT have won based on a similar analysis of yours?
6. Do we have adequate laws regulating what happens in our internet space (Binance inclusive)
7. Do you know there are many other crypto firms currently operating in Nigeria operating freely doing exactly same things as Binance, even as we speak, many people have diverted to these crypto exchanges doing p2p and govt is pursuing Binance!

PS:
1. If Nigeria has wise lawyers, they should only find a way and pin money laundering on Binance and not on other things they are saying!
2. When CBN printed 30 trillion Naira out of nowhere from last 8 years, what were you even expecting of our currency?
Business / Re: CBN Revokes Operational Licenses Of 4,173 Bdcs by ogaontop(m): 9:35pm On Mar 01
emkz:

It was the parallel market that operated without any regulation.

When banks refused to fulfill their fx obligations to customers, they referred customers to the BDCs and until today, there has been no explanation for the spike of dollar exchange rate which happened in the BDCs.

No central bank can afford to lose control of the market. Like I argued, floating the currency is not equivalent to floating the market. You do not trade dollars like you trade guguru and ekpa where all sorts of himan beings access dollars without trace.

Countries like Japan, the US and in the EU where their currencies are floated, BDCs are heavily regulated so that every forex trade can be traced. It was not the case with Nigeria.

Like an economist argued, Nigeria's exports exceeded her imports in the last year, which meant there was supposed to be dollar liquidity in the system. Where are the dollars?

They disappeared through the BDCs.

There is a possibility that more than $100billion cannot be found.

Also recall that Yemi Cardoso said $26billion went through binance without trace. If these things happen in certain countries, people would be quietly assassinated.
CBN stopped selling dollars to BDCs in 2021 and the CBN governor cannot say 26billion dollars went through Binance in a year, he's a joker. He just made the claims to get at Binance.
Only Binance has the authentic information of how much they transacted in a year. CBN can't hack Binance to find out especially when those things are done through p2p, that's why they were asking Binance for a list of Nigerian transactions since 2017.
Mark my words: Binance can NEVER release the full info FG wants!

PS: If Cardoso knows how much that was transacted, he can as well know who and which accounts did the transaction.
Believe the 26billion claims at your own peril!

Politics / Re: CBN Raises Interest Rate (MPR) To 22.75% by ogaontop(m): 8:29pm On Feb 27
DeLaRue:
It is a double edge sword.

As CBN rate rises, commercial banks will increase savings/fixed deposit rates, thereby attracting more savers who will be locked into 12 months or more term.

This will indirectly reduce the money available for spending and thus reduce patronage of many goods. As traders and manufacturers wait to exploit consumers with predatory prices, less and less people will buy their goods. As their warehouses pile up with unsold goods, they'll have to reduce prices, thus helping to reduce inflation.

Increasing interest rate will also mean the government can issue bonds at rates that will be attractive to foreign investors. More dollars should flow into the country.

The bad news is:

As Cbn increases interest rate, banks too will increase their lending rate with the likely result that:

1. Many businesses that depend on bank loans will lay off staff or even close down

2. There will be fewer new investments- businesses can't survive on 33% - 35% loan rate

3. More pain for the economy generally.

Unfortunately, with the amount of money printed by Mr Buhari's government, the CBN will have to keep increasing interest rate in order to mop up excess liquidity and control inflation.

Managing a large economy in times of crises is a sophisticated game of chess. For every positive steps, there are multiple potential negative consequences. There are usually no easy solutions.

Unfortunately for politicians, the public want solutions NOW! or they dabaru everything and even call for coup cheesy cheesy

The public is not interested in, nor do they understand economic theories.
You are very economically sound, not many here shouting Obidient and Agbado but when it comes to serious matters they fizzle out and get lost.

They are angry with many of his policies and the relocation of some parastatals, and even more angry with the recent implementation of the Orosanye report because it won't favour them (that's why Jonathan and Tinubu dumped the report). They're the ones heading and working in all those anonymous parastatals that will be scrapped.
Igbos own the importation, shop and warehouse business in Nigeria
Yorubas own the financial and stock exchange
Hausa's what's their major business? Apart from Dangote that monopolies every business of his interest through govt help.

There is no fundamental right to trade crypto.

Many countries have banned crypto.

Nigeria can ban it if it wants. Of course banning will not stop it, but it will push the activities underground with the likely result that only the most passionate traders will continue trading it.

If people know they face 15 year jail term for illegal trading, many will stop trading. Only the extremists will continue trading.

The Nigerian government has more levers it can pull. If extreme levers are needed, it can apply them and there's nothing speculators can do. They can cry to the UN, AU, FIFA, Girls Scouts or anybody they like.

Many ignoramuses are wallowing here, what is this @bolded, when was trading crypto criminalised?
Study how other countries banned crypto then come back let's talk.
You don't ban crypto and let the citizens loose their funds, you announce a time frame and let them withdraw their money before any ban!
