Yes dear it does. I'm a mistress of chocolates and many sugar substance that leads to menstrual cramps. It tells on me month ends.
But when I discovered these benefits, it helped reduce these cramps and possibly brokedown these sugar contents, I decided to make it my backup.

Its time for us to stop taking sugar. Sugar is inside everything we eat especially fast food pastry products and someone is still shouting for shawama as if she can't survive without.

If not of how expensive fruits are, I have plans to do fruit fasting for a week so as to detox.

Personally I will like to share my experience 8 months ago.I saw a blackish bottle in my girls room,In the bottle there was a CROSS enclosed inside the small bottle, I was so shocked to see this and I wondered how this cross got into the bottle.A cross I know is too big to pass through.When I confronted her, She said her Mum gave it to her that its meant for Love and those seeking marriages and stuffs like that bla bla bla I did not object to that I paused and was dumb founded.But the issue now is that I don't really know If its likely she is using it on me.I have tried many times to quit this girl but she will not let go.Some times I sense danger.some times she indirectly insinuate marriage But I don't give a dammn.
