Moh247: All man with him way... It's about financial Intelligence... But according to the O.P no be everybody go shore up over $500,000k investment portfolio in 2 years as a Japarian in US Yeah, I understand. But that Irumole OP can lie and fabricate stories. That's not fair. I have been in US for like six years now. I only started my business four years and I am more than comfortable and satisfied. Yeah, it's not easy but If it doesn't work for you don't mean it won't work for others. Peace |

Moh247: Living off loans is very risky.. say you are an IT guy with $3,307 to $7000 monthly after fed and state tax, your Credit score is 700.
If you pay $2000 rent, car insurance, phone and other bills .. how then will you comfortably save to have a 350k hotel in Nigeria, with hostels here and there Have you ever gotten a loan in US and invested in a business in naija? Repaying the loan is no biggie. Ogbeni, possibilities yapa in Yankee. Btw, where did I mention hostels here and there? I only just completed students hostel block and looking forward to my next project, which is to build a hotel worth 250m. Yo no believe am? |

Moh247: Drug and Yahoo
250m is $500,000 USD.. for you to pay your bills mortgage and still have $500k left to build an hotel in Nigeria, you must be earning $50k a month like an athlete If you dey US and you have good credit scores, then the sky is your limit |

One was talking about a project of #250M hotel completed in Nigeria and I don't even know if na this same abroad I dey with them too. Also talked about him being here for just two years or so and he's bought a condo home, build many hostels for student in Nigeria and on his way to complete a #250Million hotel in Nigeria also. I been here in this abroad and I can't even boast of $10k USD. It's well Sha. I just hope they're not lying with all these things they're saying Irumole So, you had to create a thread because of my jeje submission on another thread 250milla is just about $350k. So, that's too much for you to achieve in US within 4 years. Well, we don't do same job. One thing I will say, you will never know what you can achieve if you don't try. And please, do not take me out of contest Go back and read my post very well |

Gandy04: Not true o. I still get money after paying my bills o. Because I work. Though I do 3 different shift every day Three different shifts is even too much in yankee. You get a non-exempt good job with overtime pay, then u good to go. Work weekly 40 hours full-time and then another 68hrs overtime in same company. Imagine your pay in two weeks. |

Slynation: I just weak, I have so many relatives, friends and family scattered all around Europe, they are all doing very well, they have houses, hotels and fillings stations around different states in Nigeria, one of them just did his house opening in Anambra state last year December (ulo digodi confirm) this was someone struggling to make end meets in Nigeria 5years ago...!!
My childhood friend (A medical doctor) who left last year September is swearing to me that his coming back is just to get married and go back there, that's a country where everything is working, and by the time I'm done with my engagement here in Nigeria, I dey move asap...!!
People will go through the back doors or after committing one or two crimes and gets deported, they begin to discourage genuine people to live and die in Nigeria... Right. I am even about completing students hostel in a university town in the SW. Next project is a fine hotel building budgeted at 250m. Shey na naija go ginger me to achieve that? I have NEVER regretted moving abroad. |

Slynation: You are talking absolutely hokum, some of you will just stay at the comfort of there homes and begin to dish out unrealistic statistics...Ahhh!!
Anybody that read your post will think Nigeria is an El Dorado, most of you have this mentality that once I Jaba, I will begin to pick money on the streets, but you must also hustle your way out, the good news is that you can take up more than one job, unless you are the lazy type...
Also another issue is the mentality of always converting whatever you spend to naira and you begin to shout that "this guys want to kill us with billings" but in the right sense you earn and spend in dollars or pounds or whatever currency used by that country...
A lawless country like Nigeria and you said it's better than America and Canada a trillion times, Kai...I wonder what you have been smoking tho, but I will need your supplier...!! Don't mind the OP, he must be an agbado muncher |

Failure is certain Speak for yourself o. I have never regretted relocating to US. A beautiful family, two fine 2020 SUVs, lovely mortgaged house, three beautiful houses in naija, three fine cars (two SUVs and one 2016 car) in naija. Parents and siblings are well taken care of. Friends are supported in tunes of millions of naira in their various businesses. Tell me, what work could I do in naija within four years to achieve all these and still going? You pay bills in US, that's a must. No food for lazy man in yankee o |
