This is a white elephant project destined to fail from the onset. I believe the aim of the project is just to steal money. Below are my reasons 1. 15 million dollars can not build a 100 megawatt solar power plant. You will need a minimum of 150 million dollars for that at the current power plant benchmark cost. 2. Solar power plant does not generate power 24 hours a day. It stops working at night, saying it will provide 24 hours power is only meant to deceive people. 3. Any government in southern nigeria that wants to build a successful power plant will build a gas powered power plant. It is cheaper to build than solar, the required gas feedstock is abundant in the south and it is a proven technology that can be easily scaled up. Every politician knows this, any one going for solar power plant in the south is simply after the sensational headlines, while looting in the process. I refuse to be deceived. |
shamecurls:So you wanted them to vote for APC, a party that has branded them 5% and told them not to expect to be treated fairly? APC know that in a free and fair election, they can not win in Rivers, they are simply trying to cause confusion in Rivers state. |
Why are you afraid to name the prices yet you claim they are cheap. |
Just what I was looking for. What about access to parts and maintenance technicians in Nigeria, Which truck is better on that regard. |
For those who don't know the full details, trying to retrieve the block from the current owners will only lead to more trouble and no progress. The block in question has about 25% of Nigeria ' s oil reserve. The block was not developed for over a decade due to multiple legal suits over ownership of the block. Jonathan government simply played the role of an intermidiary between the warring factions. Money was paid by the multinationals under the settlement agreement to the fg and the fg in turn paid the money to malabu effectively stopping the legal suits and allowing development to commence on the oil block. Some thing to note are. Nigeria did not lose any money in the oil block deal. Abacha had already 'dashed' the oil block to Etete's malabu previously. And Obasanjo had retrieved it from malabu and given it to Shell. So at the time of the intervention by Jonathan's government, the block had already been given out. There are legally binding agreements between the FG and Shell and between the FG and malabu with regards to the oil block. Trying to back out of the legal agreement now will only lead to another round of litigation that will ensure that the block is not developed in the next decade. Buhari should respect previous legal agreements or he will get Nigeria into unnecessary troubles |
Don't ever bring a child to this world if you are not ready to be a parent. Having a baby requires you to be financially and emotionally ready. Those singing that you should keep the baby will not help you with money to take care of the baby neither will they be willing to marry you in future as a single parent. Abortion is the way out for you the way I see it since you also only have your mother and she is also struggling, do not add to your mother's burden. At 21 your are not a kid, you should have made better choices, abort the baby and start afresh and start wiser. If you tell your mum, she will tell you to keep it and it will be more difficult for you to abort it, then you should be prepared to live with the consequences for a long time to come. Do not refer to prophecy when making serious decisions, many are deceived through such prophecies, rather put on your thinking cap and take the choice that is best for you on the long run. |
Op sorry. I think you should park your car and start trekking for Buhari just like others are doing. Remember you Lagos folks voted wholeheartedly for this change. Time to savour the victory. |
Op thanks for the advice. In summary we should think of how our forefathers were living 200 yrs ago and try to live like them. Buhari, sending us back by 2 centuries. Anyway it is well, we asked for the change. |
Kai Buhari |
In essence the girls are not suicide bombers, they are actually victims of bomb blast. I actually believe that many of the so called suicide bombers Boko Haram uses are just kidnapped people who are forced to wear bombs and dropped of at the targeted location and the bombs remotely detonated. Suicide bombers normally make video statement prior to going on a suicide mission and that video confirms that they are willingly going on a suicide mission. With Boko Haram we have not seen any video by the so called suicide bombers to show that the people are actually suicide bombers. |
Metamorphosis of good to bad and bad to good |
If you want to have more people to be interested on this your land then do the following. 1. State the likely price of the land 2. Put a phone number for people to call, many people will not entrust you with their money if they can not connect with you |
Bad. How can they leave a leak pipeline leak for several days without fixing it. |
Bad |
This is the payback Europe gets for letting in hundred of thousands of muslim refugees without security checks. What a pay back. I expect European nations to now tighten their borders, not against the Arabs but against Africans. |
It is not easy. I get Nigerians living abroad who have personal projects in Nigeria to transfer usd to my account while I transfer naira to their Nigerian account for their projects. It's like trade by barter. By the way did you vote for change during the last elections? If you did, all I can say is enjoy the change while it last. |
I can build a poultry house and equip it to handle 10,000 birds. But my land is in Benin. I sent you a mail. |
barnabas91:Forget st Patrick. I am beginning to think they have scammed me. They have my goods for the past 3 months without delivery, and no reliable information from them on the status of my goods. |
Fulani man goes to Ibadan, the capital of the western region and tells the Yoruba man to shut up. Hmm What can one say, this looks very much like a master telling his slave to shut up. This coming after the kidnap of a senior Yoruba politician by the Fulani speaks volume. Anyway it's none of my business. They belong to the same 97% so they can continue to take instructions from the nomadic fulani in their own home. |
justi4jesu:That was why I ask for the cost of each cubic metre. Space is measured in cubic metre |
justi4jesu:How much do you charge per cubic metre for sea shipment from Dubai to Lagos. Give the total cost for Shipping and clearing. How long will it take for me to collect it in Lagos. |
Do you do sea shipment from dubai to Nigeria or do you know anyone that does sea shipment. I have some bulky goods to ship but not up to a full container load. |
Africom loading....... Little by little the plot will be revealed. Dash us weapons....... NO Sell Weapons to us.......NO allow us buy weapons from other countries.....NO For the US so loved us, that they refused to allow us acquire the weapons we need to decimate boko haram. They will rather fight Boko Haram on our behalf. All clap for the US |
I rate him 100% It is not easy to insult your benefactors without blinking. Jonathan's penchant for free and fair elections allowed him to become governor and stay governor. But that did not stop him from manufacturing figures from thin air when accusing Jonathan's men. You need such skills to survive in Nigerian politics. One should be able to lie without blinking, bite the fingers that fed you without looking back, talk from both sides of the mouth, spew out mouth watering promises when required and disown those promises after hitting the jackpot. Moreover playing the role of minister of attack will get you in the spotlight at no extra cost. Oshobaba has been able to do that effortlessly. All this make Oshomole the best governor of 2015. And to crown it all, importing that bride was priceless. You could even see Buhari admiring the bride in the "Beauty and the Beast" picture during the wedding. Getting Buhari to admire a damsel is no mean feat. |
missKiffy:He did not say all that. He only said the last part |
I thought the military begged them recently to come out of hiding and surrender. They even told Nigerians to join in begging boko haram to come out and surrender. I think that military, what's his name again?? that one that use to do press up and charm snakes Well the guy need to do more press ups, charm more snakes, maybe add charming of lions, scorpions, crocodile and tigers to the mix. I believe if the army chief can charm many more snakes, lions, scorpions, tigers and crocodiles, boko haram will become afraid and come out of hiding and surrender. Anyway I trust Buhari, If the military fail, buhari will step in. The skill he used in chasing Maitatsine to Chad, abi Libya abi Australia in the 80's is still in the cupboard. I know once Buhari vex, he will lead the army from the front, just like they promised during the election campaign and chase Boko haram to Antarctica. Right now Buhari is leading the Army for the Wife's bedroom and the Army chief is doing press-up and charming snakes and begging boko haram to come out of hiding and surrender. Once Buhari vex, all this will change. He doesn't even need to raise a finger, his body odour is more than enough to suffocate Boko Haram out of hiding. All you asking for death to Boko Haram, remember that a fight against Boko haram is a fight against the North.... If in doubt, ask Buhari |
2V? Are you real |
One of the reasons north wanted power at all cost. just to collect our collective wealth without appropriation by the national assembly and give it to his brothers up north. |
Good information on this thread. Op nice work What do they do with the fleshy part of the cashew fruit. I believe someone can extract fruit juice from it. |
I can teach you rain making the traditional way. Just bring the following. 1 green chicken. 1 lizard with belly ache 7 orphaned cockroach 7 Virgin earthworm |
Seems the doctor was not wearing surgical gloves during the procedure or was it a native doctor doing the stitching |
The writer must be very bitter at losing the management contract. And when it was time to assemble people to testify in court against Ibori he was more than happy to roll in. No time to respond now, maybe later. |
