During PDP, no single federal road was okay aside owerri to Onitsha and Enugu to abakaliki in southeast.

At some point, bushes were covering some section of Enugu/onitsha road. It was so bad that animals start breeding and raising kids there, you could kill a Python along that road because everyone abandoned it to use the state road alternative
