opsynusy: well at this point,i ll just sit back and just read,i hate to interrogate with professors that believes they know too much,there are such agencies that has long standing reputation with Canadian embassy and it is difficult to refuse them

1. You didnt submit your documents online.. you only filled out the IMM forms and generated the barcode as required by paper submission and thats still fair enough since you were certain your agent submitted the documents via VFs. For real now, no one really knows which is faster anymore.. we just submit the application and then begin the wait so just chill for their response
2. cant really say much about you having to pay your fees to guarantee your TRV but i'll suggest you list out the other documents you submitted so the guys on the thread can analysis fully your chances..

You really should have hooked up with the thread before submitting your application. Trust me, you wouldnt need an agent to help you out and you'll be certain whatever the outcome is that its all from what you did or did not do and not what your agent missed out.

opsynusy: Hi everyone,i am new here,how I wish I knew abt this forum before submitting my application...I just submitted my application for January intake last week,got admitted into selkirk college in castlegar British columbia,now my worries are I heard the online app is faster and I remembered telling my agent to let's use online app,he told me I shouldn't teach him his job,he has been doing since 2008,ok I want to believe it was online app we did cos we filled the forms online and printed them out with the barcode page and I went to submit them with my other documents to vfs pls can someone tell me if that's the meaning of online application..now no 2 is my sis was my sponsor,she provided all her bank statements which was 7m plus and my tuition was 8000 cad and she provided an affidavit claiming she will be responsible for all my burdens in canada..i later heard that they online recognise parents as sponsor,i told my agent to let me pay the sch fees requested on my admission letter so the embassy will know that I am really going to school,he said I shouldn't pay any fees until embassy says so..and my only family ties are my siblings,pls do I still stand a chance of getting the TRV,i am really worried after reading all the stong strong documents people said they submitted here

Holmes007: Sharply send an email to "ACCRAIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca" requesting an update on ur App. A friend of mine did that 2weeks ago though he applied july 18 and was replied with medics in just 3days. Include all ur info on the email. All the best.

sure there is but the process your agent described does not fit how the application goes. Youre suppose to fill out your online application form, pay your application fee and submit the application online, then youll be issued a directive for biometric.. your application dont get processed till your bio has been recieved i think. So youre suppose to do your bio before you can even think of getting called up for medicals.

Youve been scammed my bro.. You need to get the POPO to pick up your agent... My advice, read through this thread and ask questions when in doubt to get the necessary information for a TRV.

Uregina here but not researched much on the tuition apart from the calculator on the site you can use to calculate your tuition fee with all other estimated expenses.
Currently waiting on medicals here..

in my tiny opinion, i think your financial standing is what you need to work on. The SOA doesn't seem financed enough and you need to show your pay slips to show how much you earn.. That'l show some home ties cos if they think you dont earn much, then youre a flight risk regardless of the fact that you're married.
I think you should work on that.. Hopefully, the other guys on this thread will fix you up with better advice.

deehusby60: Thank you All, positiveness is the key. I'm not going to give up easily on North America. below are list of documents submitted for my failed TRV app. (1) Registered conference on Sustainable Energy, My abstract was also accepted.

2. Bank statement with balance of 630,000
3. letter of introduction from my pastor indicating that I work in the church.
4. letter of into. from Dean in the Dept I grad from
5. my rent receipt/letter indicating that my rent still runs till 2015.
6.car particulars
7. letter of intro. from my Colonel friend.
8. wedding cert. with pictures.
9.letter of intent.
Those are the basics documents included. everything returned to me including the bank statement.
I'm already searching for new conference again, I need an expert advice on how to follow this guys, e be like say na idan dis piple won see. walai.

looks like your uncle has got a really big trust issue with you...
You totally need to get the bank statements from him since you plan on using the online route... cos you eventually have to scan up all the documents you'll be submitting...
you just gotta talk to him and explain the whole process of application to him.. Make him understand you need to have the documents and see them cos since he dont want to show you, it means you dont even know how much he's got in it and maybe if you know how much the account turns in you may realize its not even good even to act as sponsor.. Just talk to him to let to know whats up.

download that stuff i mentioned. The ware is just a pluggin that acts as a printer on your computer.. all you just need to do is use the print command on your docx file and then select dopdf as your printer and print.. it'll ask you where you want to save the pdf file. choose a location and then youll have a really high quality compressed version of your docx file in pdf.
