What nipost said is not true. I have used registered mail times without number (to UK and Germany) and they always deliver to the address I gave.
My advice ignore what nipost said and send your application using registered mail. Thats your best shot if you don't want your documents to get lost.

I appreciate everyone in this thread for d selfless contributions. please houz, I posted my application using unregistered mail and I was advised that registered would've been better. Now I went to NIPOST to mail my application and I told them to register it for me buh they said that the mail won't be delivered to them, that the school will have to come to their office and get the application themselve. IELTS self is not easy oon you need advance preparation, I am talking from experience out of many of us that wrote ours only few got their required scores, their question might come more tougher some times and little familiar some times, ours was tough, so prepare weela oo

for unregistered mail it will take about 3weeks maximum,it will reach Germany, Nigerian postal system has changed for good, I used Nipost unregistered to sent a letter to Sweden, the letter reach sweden after 2weeks and 4days. Posted the letter in surulere office in lagos and it is not registered. The letter may not reach by November 15th because it is less than 3weeks.

I went to Nipost yesterday to send my application and I was asked if I would want it registered or unregistered and I asked them d differences btwn d two and dey said that registered can b tracked but d receiver will come to their office and collect the application buh if it's unregistered, it can't b tracked buh it will b delivered to the exact address written on the envelope, So, I ended up using unregistered. I don't think you can use "photocopied certified" transcripts. It should be the Official "Originals" sent by your school and not you.

No man, u don't need to certify ur CV or Motivational letter...u only have to certify official documents and not docs like diz....but u have to make sure ur CV is in Euro format .
