what about senior managers,managers and assistant manager? have they been called after the november functional test for any other reason. relevant info will be appreciated. thanks

For your info. There was a 2nd stage interview (written) for senior positions. There was also oral (one-on-one) interview for posts of Asst.Director and above last week.

From what I heard. They will employ 1000. 70% of that (700) will be on merit and the remaining will be shared amongst the NASS members and other Govt Officials.

Those for entry level havent been called for any other stage. They should have been called by now but the Consultants messed up the whole process which FIRS have corrected since about 65,000 people wrote the exams nationwide.

Just hope and pray the 700 merit list they want to employ dont get pruned cause there's serious pressure and lobbying going on here in Abuja by many influential govt officials

This can't be the first bank i know, unless First bank of Ghana, i bank with them and had never in anyway experienced any kinda deduction on my savings account except that of current account whenever a cheque is issued of which i deem negligible.    


image laundering i suppose[for 1st bank]!! ,  to withdrawal from ur savings domiciliary account,u have to pay unreasonable extra extra charges [even more than the interest fv 3yrs on same account],e.tc,  i called that one part of hiding charges, 1st bank do profiteer out of their customers ignorance. too bad for  self acclaimed 1st bank!

Go to GTB AND FEEL/SEE/EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE! I WAS THERETO PAY FEE BUT WA OH! I WAS FLABBERGASTED WITH THEIR MODUSOPEARANDI, I AM IN LOVE WITH  GTBANK!

This is a very unfortunate situation so to say…Mark you, the problem with Nigerian banks is administrative cum political in nature. Imagine when banking sector keep employing some dead woods as leader of the banks taking strategic position, all because of political connection. Take for instance, RONKE F ODUSOTE, a non performer, dropped [redundant& outmoded] down by Zenith bank was imposed on some committed staffs of First bank because of her God father [enough evidence, but this will be kept secret for now because of first bank image].

IN ANORGANISATION WHERE DUE PROCESS IS NOT BEING FOLLOWED TO THE LETTER, THEREBY PUTTING SQUARE PEGS IN A ROUND HOLE, TRYING TO SATISFY THE WHIMS AND CAPRICES OF SOME STINKS OF SINDICATE DE CAUCUS…WILL DEFINITELY MEETS ITS WATERLOO!!
