Please, I need advice on my health challenges.Recently,I observed that whenever I bend my knees, I used to hear some sounds.sometimes,if I am trecking/walking,I used to hear some sounds possibly from my knee joint bone. Prior to this I had challenges with my both hip, and I was advised to be engaging in daily exercise or that I should go for Hip replacement surgery. Considering the cost of hip replacement surgery(and cash constraint),I had to opt for exercise. In view of the above, l need a useful advice on what I can do to stop this noise coming from my knees joint while walking, and also what exactly is the cause of this noise. Please help me to overcome this challenges with a useful advice. ..Regards

Facebook is strict nowadays

Someone who call herself ogunlana maureen chinasa has been using my family pictures to advertise(e.g eggs,cementa,wright watches,phones,e.tc) and defraud people on facebook.I complained to facebook,but to my dismay,no action taken by facebook.she is using my spouse picture as her profile picture.she uploaded some of our family pictures(including our children,pretending to be hers) on her time line.our complaint on her timeline would not stop her from continue usage.Presently,Nigeria security(force e.g police) is nothing to right home about(my opinion though). Please what can I do to stop this ugly menace.
