Also, if you receive as much as $300+ to a new account at once it is likely to be restricted.

Note: this rules doesn't really affect every account but PAYPAL can hit on yours

3. Card Linking issues: This is likely one common problem, if you try linking a Nigerian card, often time it's successful and sometimes otherwise. But to process withdrawal, and have your funds withdrawn to your local bank account your Nigeria VISA and MasterCard won't work.
