just this evening I saw people gathered around a river. was curious so I went to have a look. it was a new born baby who was found dead. women where crying ,the men were cursing . a woman was so crying .she said she has been married for eleven years with no kid to show for it. not even a miscarriage and yet someone dumped her own into a river. the baby had blood flowing out from his nose. I know that in Nigeria, sometimes the reportee becomes the accused, so I can undertand your fear, however you could have still anonymously let the parents know and they will know the steps to take when they talk to their daughter.

If they didnt know then that is a differnet thing, but the proprietor knew and choose to do nothing. That is unforgivable. Our kids are supposed to be safe in school.
