I won't say your Cgpa is useless, I can only tell you that in pharmacy school, the result is unclassified except school like unibadan that still make use of Cgpa for pharmacy. My advice to you is to continue studying hard, pharmacy is not going to be easy. I wish you well and hope you will join us in the Noble profession of druggist.

I am thinking of getting a decent self contain partment in lagos that is close to my work place. I am currently employed with a salary scale of about a 100k, and for now I have no alternative source of income except my current job which is a govt job. I am just scared I might not be able to sustain the rent cus I only have my salary to depend on for now, and I will still have some other commitments like family etc.

I was thinking of getting a decent one room, like a face me I slap u, till am able to gather my home furnitures, and also try to develop myself in terms of certifications, or learning some IT skills, then I can move to a decent self contain. The only fear is the last time I lived that life was my University days.

Can a salary of 100k sustain an apartment here in Lagos?

That depend on location you choose to live. From Mangoro to Ogba to dopemu, Iyana Ipaja, and the environs, you can get a room sef con of 120k to 150k per annum. A room now goes like 6-7k per month now, so just think am bro.

I believe you're the illiterate one here; even if your landlord serves you quit notice a week to expiration of your rent, you still have to pay for the extra six months, no be you build his house for am.

It doesn't work like that here in Lagos man. There is a law guiding landlords to tenants which make the quit notice invalid. Is my job and if any landlords who is our client try to play that smartness on his tenants, my Oga go insult am eeh.. And if you try wrote that trash to any tenants happened to be our client, we will just tell our client to ignore the notice and we go ahead to contact the chamber to get the details.

It obvious ur landlord doesn't want you in the house again and he want to play smart on you. That quit notice is invalidated. Six months notice should be start after the expiration of the rentage. I blame the stupid lawyer who served the notice, he should have guided his client on how to go.. Get a lawyer to write ur landlord about the abnormality b4 the time. Either to refund you of Six months payment or allow you to stay for another six months... All this talk come to play if you are on annual payment.

They collected that 4500 because that was all he has with him because d charge giving to him was 7k. The annoyed part of it was that the idiots went to where they park the car and deflated two tyres, what an inhumane attitude. They did it vr close to vulcanizer faa... The engr charged him 500 and he has to dropped his phone wit the vulcanizer. My brother was seriously traumatized that since that yesterday he refused to take the motor out, motor that is not even his... Something he collected last month on higher purchase. After the 850 ticket, u will be pay 100N on per loading and d loading is not even forthcoming because there is a lot of busses available. Lagos State should call them to order because that can trigger an uncertainty. I feel for my bro since yesterday Walahi.

Many bro.... That is my State and from Central too. Okene and other harbouring communities has been in crisis for age, when this man became governor, he requested for a mini barrack at the Okene which was giving. Local vigilantes across the state is vr wonderful. Our state has been in total backward for sure. He renovate Kogi Poly and other state owned schools. Salary payment is still the biggest problem we have with him, presently from Local govt but for state level, he has up his capacity a bit.
