HealthRe: Open Letter From Dr. Zelenko Who Successfully Treated 350 Covid-19 Patients by ohiz2007(m): 8:31pm On Mar 28, 2020
However hopeful this treatment regimen may sound, it has to pass through clinical trials and certified before we can be very sure it's efficacy when used on larger subjects/population which is seriously lacking.

I ll not recommend this as it's potential side effects/adverse drug reactions amongst other things were not also stated here.

The WHO should also be notified and ratify this before it can be used universally.

Please, kindly visit WHO websites for updates and don't involve in any self medication.

A word is enough for the wise.

Here is an open letter by Dr. Vladimir Zelenko from NY containing a COVID-19 treatment plan.

Dr. Zelenko successfully treated 350 patients

Dr. Vladimir (Zev) Zelenko
Board Certified Family Practitioner

501 Rt 208, Monroe, NY 10950
845-238-0000

March 23, 2020

To all medical professionals around the world:

My name is Dr. Zev Zelenko and I practice medicine in Monroe, NY. For the last 16 years, I have cared for approximately 75% of the adult population of Kiryas Joel, which is a very close knit community of approximately 35,000 people in which the infection spread rapidly and unchecked prior to the imposition of social distancing.

As of today my team has tested approximately 200 people from this community for Covid-19, and 65% of the results have been positive. If extrapolated to the entire community, that means more than 20,000 people are infected at the present time. Of this group, I estimate that there are 1500 patients who are in the high-risk category (i.e. >60, immunocompromised, comorbidities, etc).

Given the urgency of the situation, I developed the following treatment protocol in the pre-hospital setting and have seen only positive results:

1. Any patient with shortness of breath regardless of age is treated.
2. Any patient in the high-risk category even with just mild symptoms is treated.
3. Young, healthy and low risk patients even with symptoms are not treated (unless their circumstances change and they fall into category 1 or 2).

My out-patient treatment regimen is as follows:

1. Hydroxychloroquine 200mg twice a day for 5 days
2. Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days
3. Zinc sulfate 220mg once a day for 5 days

The rationale for my treatment plan is as follows. I combined the data available from China and South Korea with the recent study published from France (sites available on request). We know that hydroxychloroquine helps Zinc enter the cell. We know that Zinc slows viral replication within the cell. Regarding the use of azithromycin, I postulate it prevents secondary bacterial infections. These three drugs are well known and usually well tolerated, hence the risk to the patient is low.

Since last Thursday, my team has treated approximately 350 patients in Kiryas Joel and another 150 patients in other areas of New York with the above regimen.

Of this group and the information provided to me by affiliated medical teams, we have had ZERO deaths, ZERO hospitalizations, and ZERO intubations. In addition, I have not heard of any negative side effects other than approximately 10% of patients with temporary nausea and diarrhea.

In sum, my urgent recommendation is to initiate treatment in the outpatient setting as soon as possible in accordance with the above. Based on my direct experience, it prevents acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), prevents the need for hospitalization and saves lives.

With much respect,

Dr. Zev Zelenko

I talk am! The real #1 was intentionally avoided. The person that created this thread is a xiaomi marketer. In the whole World, no single affordable xiaomi with 8GB RAM or 5000mah Battery, etc. They simply milking ostentaneous-minded Nigerians dry, and they are too afraid of the fact OPPO is fast displacing xiaomi from #1 in African market. Like most of my friends did earlier, I dumped my xiaomi for OPPO A2020 that has far more superior qualities than your overheating xiaomi that are so stingy with Ram, Battery Capacity, etc. OPPO all the way! Cheaper but superior and far better than xiaomi. I got my OPPO A2020 (whooping 8GB RAM, 5000maH Battery, etc) for just 83k. Now that NIgerians are massively dumping xiaomi for it, the OPPO price is gradually going up. You better get your before it goes even higher.
Please, I am about going for this soon (this month) I mean OPPO A9 2020. Where did you get yours for that amount?

I reside in Lagos.

maleekfrenzy:
The real identity of Benjamin Kyle

In 2004, A man that would soon adopt the name Benjaman Kyle woke up outside of a Burger King in Georgia without any clothes, any ID, or any memories.

He was diagnosed with retrograde amnesia, unable to remember who he was, and with no identification, unable to find out. Now, if this was like any other story about amnesia, it would have probably resolved itself soon afterwards. But the trouble was, authorities couldn’t identify him either.

Local and state police failed to discover him in any known records despite an exhaustive search. And then in 2007, the FBI became involved, but were also unable to identify him, making him the only US citizen in history listed as missing despite his whereabouts being known.

One particularly unfortunate side effect of not having your own identity is that, without a social security number, he is unable to obtain full-time employment, and without memory of any past skills or disciplines, the problem is only amplified.
After a student documentary was created about Benjaman, news media picked up the story, which attracted the attention of local business owners.
One of the owners offered him a job washing dishes, a job which he is still working today. This enabled him to move out of the woods where he was sleeping, and into an air-conditioned shed, where he now stays. But his true identity and past remain a mystery to this day.
