You just opened account with divinity for making the difference. God will reward greatly. Being Godly is not in words but in action... you took great risk and mockery. And for that, your reward shall be great. There are still people with godly heart who are Nigerians. You are my humanitarian man of the year |
Ohonba:OGS evil day just got postponed. M.utd were the second best. Let's just wait and see how much longer this type of luck will keep OGS in the job |
This is exactly what the corp service year is aimed to achieve. As a non-indigene , in your place of primary assignment, make an impact on the host community, positive one at that, to build national cohesion. whether or not any body remember or reward for this good legacy you are living behind, you have impacted the lives of those 80 students and your reward for goodness is waiting for you. |
Bro I faced similar challenges long ago I am from Edo state and my wife is from Imo state. My mother in law said the marriage will not hold because Bini people are witches and very wicked... Then I asked her... do you mean to say that every ibo person is a saint?... she could not answer me... every member of your tribe is not a saint, in the same vain every non tribal person is not evil. Let no body judge you by your tribe, or the colour of your skin...rather let them judge you by the content of your character. Today I happily married to the same lady and she is a sister, mother, friend and wife in one package. Every tribe has its own share of witches and wizards. The choice is entirely yours to make. Hope this will help you. |

I once had a similar experience, a lots of those mechanics are scammers. One said l need to do scanning with 10k then work on the gearbox which will cost me 35k. And he said no guarantee. To cut the long story short, it was a mechanic in oyinbo (maxwell) who said that problem was gear switch. He did it for just 5k. 3 years after its still in perfect condition. |

Sure P a monumental fraud, exactly what was said then when GEJ wanted to remove subsidy, now is the best thing to do, it was wrong then, now sure p is also a fraud, maybe later it will become the best to do by this administration... Nigerians are becoming wiser and can compare statements made then and now... ganisucks: |
[quote author=makdcash post=45733679]So plz tell me.i I invest 1m with d 7percent how would I get at the end of d year 1m at 7% for one year 7/100 x365/365x 1m = xxxx less 5% withholding tax. do the maths, that is what you will get at 7% but in rosabon for one year, we can give 11% break down Rate: 11% Tenor: 365 days (1 year) Amount: 1m 11/100 x 365/365 x 1m = 110,000 less 5% withholding tax balance of this is what you earn with rosabon. the terms of placement will be spelt out in the certificate that will be given to you once we consummate the trasaction. your fund very safe no story |
bro, this T/B biz is risk free because its government borrowing, thus, every one wants it, it is sometime not readily available to invest in. if the bid is more than the offer you will have to wait for another time (usually two weeks),even after that it is still not guarantee you will get on the next bid so what happens to your money if your bid was not successful, in between bids your money earns nothing the simple calculation is like Rate: 7% Amount: N1m Tenor: 91 days by simple interest 7/100 * 91/365 *1m = N17, 452.05 less charges that your bank introduces and the balance is paid to you. but where i work Rosabon Financial Services limited, yaba, we do better than that in our treasury department as our rates are competitive, depending on the tenor 90 days, 120 days 180 days 365 days. your transaction is booked immediately, and its starts counting immediately and you are give a certification to that effect. Your fund is very safe and prompt payment at maturity without any hidden charges. we only charge statutory of withholding tax, as in all investments in Nigeria. Leasing and financing is our core business figment232: |
bro doing physical biz in naija is difficult, might massive over head cost, police and the agbero wahala in transport/haulage biz, why not place the fund for an attractive but competitive interest rate in very reputable company and let your money work for you. interested email me on hnb_matthew@yahoo.com |

Fixed deposit (fd) is more risky than Treasury Bills(tb), but with a reputable company and understanding investment tips, fd is more rewarding than tb, you can easily roll over you fd, but tb cannot be rolled over, in other word at maturity you will need to rebid for tb, but this is not same with fd. you cant cash in on your tb investment before maturity except you either take a per cent age cut from bank most time at their own rate or get some body to buy it off you at a reduced rate, but you can with your fd, the treasury bill rate is current lower compare to some rates offered by some finance (a leasing and financing) even higher than bank rates. the challenge people really have with a non banking financial company is confidence issue, but then, distress in a finance company does not start and blow out the same day, its a gradual and period (months or even years). so how do you go round this symptom. 1, do a back ground check on the company you intend to place our funds 2, what business are they into, ie risk level 3, is the rate been offered realistic (40% for your investment in one month is too juicy to be true) 4, Apart from the fund you are placing can you buy or do any other business with them? 5, asked for your funds before maturity as a test on their liquidity level, they may charge a per cent age of your interest as penalty it is better to loss a fraction of your interest than the entire funds. if it takes longer than 24 hours or at most 48 hours if is a hugh fund to pay you then technically there is a problem, so at this point you can decide on the next step to take. non banking financial institution are not like bank so their payment time is a little longer than the over the counter bank payment. Their banking procedure is also a factor (issue you a cheque to go and queue up to collect you money) be guided accordingly |
One of the remedies you need is to get a higher rate than you are presently getting from your bank, the Treasury Bill rate is still low, so are rates for fixed deposit, I work in a leasing and financing company... we lease cars to big companies(Oando, Samsung etc) and to finance these.. they do treasury activities... the rates are better than most banks... for more infor email hnb_matthew@yahoo.com. dont place your fund if you are not convinced of the type of business they do with the funds, you are at liberty to ask questions. hope I have not broken any of the rules |
Wao! mine is already skipping while transmitting from gear 1 to gear 2. what is the remedy. omo, i have not change the transmission fluid for God knows when... perhaps because I am just knowing that now. thanks for the info. I will change the stuff by weekend, I understand that the cost of my car's gear box before the dollar crazy was 80k, with the crazy dollar rate na.. omo, one go avoid any avoidable mistake.. or what do you think |
