When I hear all this gba-gba-gbus-gbus noise they call fuji, I'm always seriously wondering how Yorubas enjoy it. It's amazing! . No melody, no meaning, disjointed drumming, no other good musical instruments used.

I remember one Imo girl that came to Lagos newly asked me same question after her ears were continuously assaulted by the noise called fuji songs at Ikeja bus stop. In Yoruba culture, respect is key.
