The airport project is true, but I don't think it's state government project, then the icc is also true but the rate of work there is very slow and may drag on till his tenure elapse if they continue this way,

The smart school project had only come to fruition in his home community in Nkanu east, if you have idea where else they have built it and the primary health care centre name it let go and verify, the modern security center I don't have any idea about it, please where's located?

The logistics hub and modern bus terminal is still a paper work, nothing have been done in the proposed sites.
The international wing is FG while the cargo section is state.
Smart school and primary health care centers is currently going on in many places.

Where are the pictures? Or you "heard that Sujimoto wants to build a rice farm estate and cement factory" the ongoing projects of the Enugu State government? This is by far the worst regime in the entire history of Enugu State.
Pictures are everywhere on Twitter

Defending this man will be difficult, he promised 10000kms of road in 8 years and that is 10250kms per year but as I am typing, no major road is under construction in Enugu state.
When he was campaigning and in his victory speech, he kept mentioning about dualization of Nike road bus as I am typing, that road is deteriorating because he couldn't even patch it as Gburugburu used to do every December.
He also talked about dualizing Abakalili road from emene flyover to Ebonyi boundary, what about the double lane he promised to construct from enugu to ehamufu in isiuzo.
By next month his administration will clock 1 year but unfortunately he will have nothing to show. Total road done in one year less than 100km .
A lot of his projects are abandoned, I just pray we don't miss Gburugburu
I'm not defending him in any way. Many road projects are currently on going in enugu. Let's watch and see how this year tines out.

I don't think there's even any major projects ongoing now in Enugu metropolis apart from the street road constructions, the water project seems abandoned now.
There is tho.
Enugu international wing and cargo section is currently on going
ICC is currently being completed
Smart schools and primary health care centers are currently being built
Enugu modern security control center is on going
Road constructions are currently on going in the new enugu city
Heard that Sugimoto wants to build a rice farm estate and cement factory. Don't know how serious they are.

Then, enugu logistics hubs and modern bus terminals, I don't know the status of the projects.

Those are the ones I know of

Mbah trusted an Austrian who did a poor job in estimating the amount of work to be done.

The challenge with Enugu water problem is a huge one that will take about 30 months from now to get water to all parts of Enugu.

Currently, the production part has been solved (We are producing about 2 million litres of water daily).

The challenge now is distribution. Transmitting water from 9th mile to all parts of Enugu will involve changing most pipes and pumps which is expensive and time consuming but we will get it done
Any update on any major project currently in enugu..

When we say some of the decisions of that man is myopic and reeks of complex issues, you guys we say we are just here to hate on him... Thank God you agreed that that Austrian failed, but has the man been relieved of that position for a more competent person? undecided

Just like he appointed a man from Lagos to head ESBS, what has that man achieved with ESBS since he took up that appointment? undecided

Mbah just want to be seen as a pan-Nigerian or a man that is more 'exposed' instead of a 'local' boy who can tackle our local issues holistically undecided.

I keep saying it, just as I told you last year, that Edeoga's option for water crisis in Enugu is the best options for now because Enugu has expanded beyond that scope of being served by industrial boreholes. The options of also damming streams and rivers around, treating, storing then distribution.

I just hope Mba will retrace his steps in Enugu State and focus on the state's development squarely and stop or pay deaf ears to petty politics. That's why Sullivan will keep being remembered for long in Enugu...
How many streams do you have around enugu to that and don't you know that it will be capital intensive?

I left Enugu because of their water crisis. I could no longer stand the Shylock water truckers who are allowed to set prices as they like. They have a union and their aim is to exploit the water crisis for maximum benefit. Enugu people spend at least 30% of their salaries and wages buying water. It is unsustainable. I think that in the interim, the Enugu state govt should subsidize water that these tankers are selling. It is a shame that a whole former eastern region, east central, old Anambra and current Enugu state capital for so many years don't have water.
What do you think about the idea of govt subsidizing water in Enugu?

The number of massive factories springing up in Anambra especially in Anambra south senatorial district is very intimidating.
There is another mega factory somewhere close to Ozubulu that one can sight from NAUTH permanent site Nnewi.
The construction going on there is massive.

Anambra is really doing wonders quietly! And most of these are by private individuals not government!

TRENDING OCHANJA ROAD: FACTS NOT FICTION

After an on-the-spot visit to the trending Ochanja road to ascertain the veracity of the viral video, the following facts are hereby presented:

-- That the video did not capture the actual portion of the road, which is less than two (2) feet.

-- That the road in question is an active construction site, and work is seriously ongoing, even as of yesterday, Monday, March 25, 2024.

-- The portion of Ochanja Road was asphalted yesterday and couldn't cure and stabilize properly before the downpour.

-- That the cause of the heavy water body that affected the less than 2 feet of the asphalted portion was a silted drainage.

-- The stone base alone on that portion of the road, and indeed the long stretch of the entire road is solid and very much intact.

-- The creator of the video grossly exaggerated the situation by showing portions of a different road that is not under construction.

-- That the ongoing road has not been completed and commissioned by the government of Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo CFR.

-- That only the Port Harcourt Road and Niger Street Road have been commissioned by Governor Soludo in Onitsha South LGA, and they are very firm and solid.

-- The story is, at best, a deliberate distortion and overbloating of reality by mischief makers.
Anambra deserves better than this rubbish road constructions going in the state. Look at the qualifying of road that a governor is constructing for its citizens. A road that looks like it won't last beyond one year.

When will SE leaders start building infrastructures like people who have traveled out before. You are building road with stone base, no sidewalks, no covered drainages. Just latrite and coal tar.

There is no where called Trans - Ekulu road in Enugu. The road you people here call Trans - Ekulu road is actually from Parklane/ShopRite Roundabout, Nwodo Street ( GRA) , linking Ekulu Bridge/ Billante Flyover to Damija Junction( Trans- Ekulu side). What the company awarded the contract has done are provision of Sidewalks and scrapping of the damaged Asphalt top layer. Finally, the company will provide fresh smooth binding top layer of Asphalt on the road. That road is about 750 metres long, with about 70% located in GRA part of Coal City. Unu aghotago?
