BESIDES THE POINT, EVEN THE ARMY CAN DECIDE TO COMPLETE IT IF HE APPROACH THEM,

IT'S HIS STATE
Lol. Youb don't know Nigeria

Another big hotel currently on going

PoliticsRe: Enugu, The Pride Of The East. by oilykid(m): 12:17am On Jan 11, 2025
waternogatenemy:
IT NEEDS TO COME TO GOV MBA ATTENTION.

HE WILL DECIDE, HOW TO APPROACH IT SINCE HE IS FINI=SHING UP ABANDONED PROJECTS IN THE STATE.
Yae but I feel that they are more important things to spend more on already. Lots of hotels by private individuals are currently coming up in enugu.

SO U KNOW PARTNERSHIP, DEY STRESS ME SINCE, WAT HAVE I BEEN SAYING HERE?
Lol. I'm not sure enugu state govt for the project tho. I think they still have other important things to worry about
PoliticsRe: Enugu, The Pride Of The East. by oilykid(m): 11:20pm On Jan 10, 2025
It's just like say that kaduna govt should take over a NDA to complete a project started by the military there
PoliticsRe: Enugu, The Pride Of The East. by oilykid(m): 11:19pm On Jan 10, 2025
waternogatenemy:
THE HOTEL IS CLOSE TO THE ROAD, WE FINISH IT AS A SECURE LOCATION FOR CERTAIN GUEST TO ENUGU STATE.
okay but the military won't agree tho. Except the state govt wants to go into partnership with the army
PoliticsRe: Enugu, The Pride Of The East. by oilykid(m): 11:18pm On Jan 10, 2025
waternogatenemy:
NWANNE, NA HOTEL WE WANT BUILD NOT 82DIV, NOTHING CONCERN US WE DEM.

THEY EITHER COMPLETE THE PROJECT OR TURN IT OVER TO THE STATE
You are not getting my point, you have a nice point but the issue is that that land is owned by Nigerian army and its part of 82 division. That's where the major headache is. Unless the army will resell the land back to ensg with the hotel which I'm not sure it's possible in the first place
PoliticsRe: Enugu, The Pride Of The East. by oilykid(m): 11:16pm On Jan 10, 2025
waternogatenemy:
IS THAT INSIDE A MILITARY BARRACKS?

ENUGU TALLEST BUILDING.
The land is part of 82 division. The place is not even Far from 82 division hdrts
PoliticsRe: Enugu, The Pride Of The East. by oilykid(m): 11:14pm On Jan 10, 2025
waternogatenemy:
ENUGU CAN TAKE THAT BUILDING OVER AS LAGOS DID NATIONAL THEATRE.
What of the land nko, will the state govt take over it too cause the land is part of 82 division. ??

IT WAS IHEJIRIKA PROJECT BEFORE GEJ REMOVED HIM.
ENUGU STATE SHOULD COMPLETE IT, THOSE TRIBAL BIGOTS WONT DO ANYTHING.
Its a Fg project not state project. Army owns the Lans that is even situated in. Enugu can't do anything about except maybe lobby the FG to complete it.
PoliticsRe: Enugu, The Pride Of The East. by oilykid(m): 10:15pm On Jan 10, 2025
I'm sure the army is not ready to anything about it since it's in the SE.
waternogatenemy:
TELL GOV MBA TO LOOK INTO THIS ARMY HOTEL, IHEJIRIKA WAS BUILDING UNDER GEJ

TALLEST BUILDING IN ENUGU
PoliticsRe: Enugu, The Pride Of The East. by oilykid(m): 10:13pm On Jan 10, 2025
okeysoninv:
those structures were illegal structures sold by Sullivan and gburugburu. The original plan of that axis doesn't contained housing.
Some govt is right to remove them then
PoliticsRe: Enugu, The Pride Of The East. by oilykid(m): 8:37pm On Jan 10, 2025
All those residential buildings there should be removed for and the re area turned to a proper city center with concentration of high rise buildings
PoliticsRe: Enugu, The Pride Of The East. by oilykid(m): 8:36pm On Jan 10, 2025
5 star hotel construction on going.
"There is also the international hospital by the side. You can easily build up an health and luxury industry around that area. All the government need to do is to buy up all the small residential houses around the place and kind of like build out a proper city center with high rise residential building in place of the smaller ones."

This is someone's suggestion concerning the area

Modern infrastracture attract more people to a location.people go to lagos and abuja be ause of the basic infrastracture there
Yae,I agree with you but like I said, enugu is not yet ripe for monorail
PoliticsRe: Enugu, The Pride Of The East. by oilykid(m): 4:44am On Jan 10, 2025
SGANIVA:
A mono railway or subway in enugu will generate huge revenue and make enugu stand out from other cities in the country
Enugu is not really ripe for that now. What we need more now is good interconnecting road networks, modern bus parks. Mono rail will be needed when other parts of enugu becomes as developed as enugu with millions of people living in those places

I see what you mean. that can be remedied presently..........the good thing is that The Governor seems to wield the big stick when it comes to project completion......... Contract delay penalty is something all the contractors avoid like Hiv.......good! we all have to sit up! He has sanitized that whole holy ghost axis with the terminals!

enugu is giving me kigali vibes sha! .......but a lot of work still needs to be done, especially with the Enugu International Airport terminal .........I looked at the "Lagos" federal budget for the Aviation Ministry....I did not see one kobo budgeted for the completion of the terminal o! Ndi iyoro na ndiugwu sef.......
I don't know why that terminal is taking them to complete and operational.

Meanwhile BAT is investing almost 200 billion in Lagos state green rail line project

Pictures don't do it justice because they only capture a subset. The place is really really big. Probably half a kilometer.

Wait make I even search the size.

Edit: couldn't find anything on the size
It's actually very big. Bigger than some people's airport

I should hope not! After all the hype, demolition of properties and showing of a sexy looking 3-D rendering, it would be annoying if this is the much expected terminal!
This is the one in nsukka tho. We expected better tho but the 3 in enugu looks better than nsk own.

They have actually done that with 80k as the minimum wage. I think they are among the 3rd highest in the entire country

Meanwhile the nsukka bus terminal building doesn't look like it's being handled by specialists. It looks so local and anyhow

Ibeto is not serious.
It's time igbos form their economic cabana like Northern oligarchy and start investing all this heavy industries in the east. We need heavy industries like cement plant, steel plant, heavy commercialized Agriculture in the east. We need to start depending on other regions for our finished goods and services. Our elites needs together and start working together on things like this

Obviously, you are the one who needs to take some time off Twitter to brush up on your Use of English.
A sadist is someone who derives pleasure or enjoyment from causing pain, discomfort, or suffering to others. The term "sadist" comes from the name of the Marquis de Sade, an 18th-century French writer known for his controversial and graphic works that explored themes of sexuality, violence, and cruelty.

In a psychological context, sadism refers to a personality trait or behavior characterized by a desire to harm, dominate, or humiliate others. This can manifest in various ways, such as:

1. Physical sadism: deriving pleasure from causing physical pain or injury.
2. Emotional sadism: enjoying the emotional distress or suffering of others.
3. Sexual sadism: linking sexual pleasure to the infliction of pain or humiliation.

It's important to note that sadism is considered a paraphilic disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), and it can have serious implications for both the individual and their relationships.

Maybe u should learn about contexts in which words are used in. Words doesn't always have only single meaning
