waternogatenemy:Lol. Youb don't know Nigeria |
Another big hotel currently on going
|
waternogatenemy:Yae but I feel that they are more important things to spend more on already. Lots of hotels by private individuals are currently coming up in enugu. |
waternogatenemy:Lol. I'm not sure enugu state govt for the project tho. I think they still have other important things to worry about |
It's just like say that kaduna govt should take over a NDA to complete a project started by the military there |
waternogatenemy:okay but the military won't agree tho. Except the state govt wants to go into partnership with the army |
waternogatenemy:You are not getting my point, you have a nice point but the issue is that that land is owned by Nigerian army and its part of 82 division. That's where the major headache is. Unless the army will resell the land back to ensg with the hotel which I'm not sure it's possible in the first place |
waternogatenemy:The land is part of 82 division. The place is not even Far from 82 division hdrts |
waternogatenemy:What of the land nko, will the state govt take over it too cause the land is part of 82 division. ?? |
waternogatenemy:Its a Fg project not state project. Army owns the Lans that is even situated in. Enugu can't do anything about except maybe lobby the FG to complete it. |
I'm sure the army is not ready to anything about it since it's in the SE. waternogatenemy: |
okeysoninv:Some govt is right to remove them then |
All those residential buildings there should be removed for and the re area turned to a proper city center with concentration of high rise buildings |
5 star hotel construction on going. "There is also the international hospital by the side. You can easily build up an health and luxury industry around that area. All the government need to do is to buy up all the small residential houses around the place and kind of like build out a proper city center with high rise residential building in place of the smaller ones." This is someone's suggestion concerning the area
|
XerXers:I think it's already under construction |
SGANIVA:Yae,I agree with you but like I said, enugu is not yet ripe for monorail |
SGANIVA:Enugu is not really ripe for that now. What we need more now is good interconnecting road networks, modern bus parks. Mono rail will be needed when other parts of enugu becomes as developed as enugu with millions of people living in those places |
Eboofa:I don't know why that terminal is taking them to complete and operational. Meanwhile BAT is investing almost 200 billion in Lagos state green rail line project |
Digitron:It's far tho. Was expecting Q2 Any updates on the following projects Sunrise flour Niger steel and gas Enugu new city The Special agro processing zone The enugu state international terminal and the new terminal for export. The cng mother station Plus mbah Made mention on building a tech hub in enugu this year in his last space |
Waiting for the trailer parks and river port projects to kick off |
Ignore the Chino clown up there. When ever he sees anywhere something is happening in the east apart from anambra, he gets angry and invades the space |
Mbah is really developing his hometown owo. Alot is going there |
melodyogonna:It's actually very big. Bigger than some people's airport |
spyder880:Can we see what those places look like now boss |
spyder880:Wow . Longest time oga spyder. It's been long tho. Welcome. Looking forward to your updates on the projects going on in enugu especially the new enugu city other projects |
IGBOPROMISE1:This is the one in nsukka tho. We expected better tho but the 3 in enugu looks better than nsk own. |
Jcoleworld911:They have actually done that with 80k as the minimum wage. I think they are among the 3rd highest in the entire country |
Meanwhile the nsukka bus terminal building doesn't look like it's being handled by specialists. It looks so local and anyhow |
Mbah govt said that he has up to 1000 projects currently going on in enugu. If anyone have more info, he should update us pls. I'm happy that work will soon start on the abandoned rangers international hospital |
legitnow1:Ibeto is not serious. It's time igbos form their economic cabana like Northern oligarchy and start investing all this heavy industries in the east. We need heavy industries like cement plant, steel plant, heavy commercialized Agriculture in the east. We need to start depending on other regions for our finished goods and services. Our elites needs together and start working together on things like this |
OnyeAshuaUru:A sadist is someone who derives pleasure or enjoyment from causing pain, discomfort, or suffering to others. The term "sadist" comes from the name of the Marquis de Sade, an 18th-century French writer known for his controversial and graphic works that explored themes of sexuality, violence, and cruelty. In a psychological context, sadism refers to a personality trait or behavior characterized by a desire to harm, dominate, or humiliate others. This can manifest in various ways, such as: 1. Physical sadism: deriving pleasure from causing physical pain or injury. 2. Emotional sadism: enjoying the emotional distress or suffering of others. 3. Sexual sadism: linking sexual pleasure to the infliction of pain or humiliation. It's important to note that sadism is considered a paraphilic disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), and it can have serious implications for both the individual and their relationships. Maybe u should learn about contexts in which words are used in. Words doesn't always have only single meaning |
