You can't change the account location. You can create another account, however, if you're still advertising in the account you created in Nigeria, make sure you're not using any newly created account to drive traffic to the same domain/landing page.

That's outside the scope of my service as a Google ads manager, and a violation to my clients' business privacy if i do. I am not responsible for telling clients or prospects what to sell. I can advice on pricing, page design, etc, but not telling them what my other clients are selling.
Just imagine if i was managing your ads and i decide to reveal your offers to other people just because of promise to use my service. I don't do that. Apart from ridiculing my competence, it creates unnecessary competition.
I'll advice you to do more research.

This is a pro tip you probably won't see often online or in training courses.

Many CPA marketers are looking for the best ways to get quality calls from Google ads at cheaper rate.
They mostly run call only ads which are usually very expensive and extremely competitive.
From experience, call only ads can cost as much as $100 per click (i have experienced it). In fact, most of the times the cost per click for call only ads is usually above $2 if you want to have some share of the impressions in the top markets.

While call only ads can help you get good results for your CPA offers, it also put your ads on limit of reaching only people on mobile phones and sometimes tablet users, which makes it more expensive and lower impressions.
I will not tell you to stop running call only ads, however, i will give you a crucial tip that could change the game for you.
Before i share the tip, i want you to know that your prospects have access to only limited information on your call ads. If you have this at the back of your mind, then you will understand while this tip is important.
Now that you know, this is the suggestion below.

Create a standalone page on your website with very basic information.
For instance, if you're promoting insurance offer, your page could have basic information about the offer like...
"Welcome to this page.
We want to help you understand how various insurance packages work and the benefits you should be getting but probably you don't know about yet.

We are not going to push any terrible offers at you.
This is our dedicated phone number that allows you to speak with the leading insurance expert closest to you.
Call now to speak with the specialist directly.
{Insert phone number}.

You can make the page very short and persuasive enough to encourage them to call.
With the page ready, go ahead and create your normal search ads.
Make sure you add CALL EXTENSION to the ad group.

Let the ad run and compare your performance with what you're getting from the standard call ads only.
If your targeting is done well, you should be getting far cheaper clicks and more calls than you would get from your call only ads.
This can also be optimised to improve the ads quality, and get even cheaper cost per clicks and more calls.

On the issue of suspicious payment activity on Google ads, your payment method (the card you used) might not be the problem.

Let me quickly share one of my recent experiences so that you can reason about it and possibly figure out where things went wrong.

There's a particular guy that contacted me to make complaints about his repeated account suspension due to suspicious payment activity. He thought his computer is the problem so he bought a small second hand laptop for 20,000 Naira just to use it for Google ads.

He created a new Google ads account, used a new email address, master card, domain, hosting and address, however immediately he finished setting up the account, he got suspended.

According to him, he has used most of his family's ATM cards and all got suspended.

So, i decided to create an account for him. I asked him to send the details of one of his cards. I created the account, launched a campaign, monitored it for 3 days and it was working.

I decided to give him access to the account since i have done the setup. Within 2 hours of giving him access, the account got suspended.

I created another account using the same card we used in the first account i created for him. It remains with me for almost a month and the account remains active and ads approved.

Since i can't handle the management for him for some reasons, i decided to give him access after about 3 weeks of the account being active.

History repeats itself within a few hours. Account suspended again.

At this point, it is right to conclude that the payment method is not the problem.

Only Google knows how they are tracking him.

He has probably abused their platform and being penalised.

So if you're thinking your card is the problem, that might not be the truth. It might be your activities on the platform which is most likely to be very difficult to rectify.

Short Update

With Google call ads, you pay for the clicks, and not the calls.
It is always possible that you will get fewer calls than the clicks. This is a reality and normal due to the way call ads work.

When someone sees your call ad and click on it, a dialogue box opens on the phone asking if you'll like to proceed with the call or not.

If the user decide not to continue with the call, it doesn't cancel the fact that he/she already clicked on your ads. And for this, you, the advertiser will be charged for the clicks, and not the call.

This is the main reason why you could see 100 clicks on your call ads and only 40 calls, whereas you are charged for the 100 clicks.

Today we tested the electrical work.

I am so impressed with the work this young guy did.

Total cost for the electrical is approximately 920,000.

(tapping light from pole, fencing lights and lightbulbs excluded).

Here are some of the things i liked about his work:

1. Provision of amplifier to connect DStv view from main sitting room to the private sitting room and the rooms.

2. Provision of distribution box for solar. With this, solar electricity won't distribute light to areas with heavy consumption.

I don't really know the square meters a bag of cement can cover. But if you have enough time to monitor your work, you might be able to cut down on their inflation.

LOL. You didn't really follow the whole issue. I'm sure she's ashamed of herself by now because of the way Reno dragged her in the mud. She had to delete her video and other claims. Reno showed everything including his flight tickets, hotels reservations, the travel agent that booked his flight and all evidences that show he was not in the country on the said date.

The workmanship for the white POP is 1,500 per sqm.

The pillars and windows workmanship was priced. I did them separately.

The interior has 10 pillars and 5 arc.
The workmanship for the POP of the pillars and arc was 45,000 Naira.

The Veranda pillars and arc was 35,000 Naira for workmanship.

The windows POP was 3000 Naira per each big windows, and 1,500 Naira per each small windows.
