You didn't believe me at first but later you gradually began to see things with me. You and Adadike who later became Adaisback.
When this political dispensation started, it was obvious that Peter Obi would take some of Atiku's votes in the south but Igbos were too emotional to see it. Igbos can't get presidency without forming alliance with other ethnic blocs. Until we come down from our high horse I am not ready to support an Igbo presidency.

Even before Peter Obi entered into the race you were pro Bola Tinubu and APC while ndi Igbo was advocating for power shift to SE.
What is emotional about collective aspiration of ndi Igbo to produce a president of Nigeria after SW,SS and NW have ruled for 8,11 and 5 years?Peter Obi formed alliance with ordinary Nigeria people and won but FG shamlessly rigged him out and you are happy about it.

I understand the anger as a result of APC victory in the just concluded presidential election.

We all know that the election was rigged in so many states including Benue, but I want you guys to understand that Peter Obi got 308,772 votes in Benue, APC won with just 2k votes.

I'm also angry and disappointed because I didn't expect APC to get even 20k votes in Benue considering the wanton destruction of lives and property that occurred in the state over the last eight years of APC government led by President Buhari.

We all know that ortom supported Peter Obi, infact he lost his senate election because of that.

Me and my entire family voted for Peter Obi including my mum who never voted before.

I know how you guys feel but we should not condemn the entire state including people that sacrificed everything for Obi, that is bad.

Let the condemnation include the over 8.7 million nigerians that voted for APC, mostly poor and struggling families, it is wrong to pin blame on just one state

I see some people digging into the past already, especially some horrible stories about Benue, you don't have to hate anybody from Benue or celebrate ugly incidents there, that's very very bad, it means all my efforts and other patriots have been easily forgotten.

Benue is my home state and I can't hide that from anybody.



But to be honest I think Nigerians deserve the kind of leaders they get.

In any competition, a winner must emerge. Tinubu has been declared as the incoming president of Nigeria, I can never dispute the fact that some people are questioning the legitimacy of Tinubu's victory which is something normal.

Nigeria constitution already created a solution for that, go to court and present your evidence (s). If by God willing ,Tinubu's victory still validated by Supreme Court, I urge all Nigerians to have positive perception/mindset about Tinubu's presidency.. Trust me we all wish better things for Nigeria, the mentality of only my candidate can turn things around is wrong.

Tinubu proved so many points in Lagos as governor, which are things visible, imagine him replicating same thing across Nigeria. We need to be positive if we want a better Nigeria and support who ever chosen.

The bigger picture is the prosperity of Nigeria, let's give Tinubu that chance/opportunity.

To give him benefit of the doubt will depend on his actions or inactions after he is sworn in as president.
