One thing I have noticed about most Nigerian politicians, especially those from Igboland, Minorities and Yoruba land is that most of them didn't pass through leadership training unlike the North that is mainly descendants of Aristocrats.

The option of NATO getting involved was never going to happen, as this was and has been made clear right from the beginning. Ukraine has tried to become part of NATO in the past and as you know their application was rejected because of the ongoing land dispute with Russia.

Russia may capture some of the key cities no doubt, but they cannot hold the country together, because a vast portion of the country will still be under Ukrainian control with supply lines open between the border with NATO countries, thereby sustaining the insurgency at a great cost to Russia. What is different this time for Russia when compared to their brief escapade in Afghanistan is that the weapons being supplied and used are very lethal to Russian aircraft and troops.

I predict a bloody and prolonged insurgency which in the worst case scenario may bring Russia army closer to the NATO with the risk of an escalation and all-out war with Europe. We all know how this one will end.

Putin is only using psychological threat to subdue EU leaders from stepping in to stop him.



Russia can't engage the whole EU when many Russians themselves are completely against the war. If Putin tries to escalate it beyond Ukraine, his warfront Army Generals will reject such offer entirely cos they know how hard and crazy it has been for them to penetrate Ukraine alone talk more of the entire EU, Russian military doesn't have such military capability and the nuclear missiles they are reallying on will never be used till the end of the world.

They don't knw. Russia will lose their army and at the end they will conquer. Ukraine will lose armies, civilians lives and property worth billions of dollars and at the end lose the war. So what is the point of the fight?

He and his Army had expected an easy ride to conquest expecting the Ukrainians to quickly surrender in fear.
But the Ukrainian armies and civilians fought back in bravery even though they were less equipped.
They handed the Russians free tickets to hell.
They might eventually lose the war but the Ukrainians fought a good fight defending their Homeland from bloodthirsty Invaders.
The world will stand for Ukraine and remember them their heroism.
