Wike is not Atiku's enemy in any way. Atiku has been humbling him in any contest and he will do it as many time they cross paths. Atiku is always strategic against Wike but Wike thought is by gragra things can get done.

Actually Tinubu formular will always work if properly applied. First you become tax collecting contractor of the state. Then you form a group of influential persons in the state and come up with a "blueprint" all governors must follow. Third you get an MC Oluomo to handle the thuggery.
