They would not appoint Partners on the basis of who comes from where in Nigeria.

It might just be that the majority of the Directors who qualify for appointment as Partners at the present time just happen to be Yorubas.

It is probably no more than a coincidence. A time might also come when there are more Igbo Partners than others.

And I believe there are existing Partners of Igbo extraction in KPMG currently. Those ones are senior to the new Partners.
